Exeter City were in the relegation zone 5 weeks ago. 4 wins and 2 draws in 6 games and we are 8 points of the play off places. It's crazy how football can turn around. Also I'm still catching up with the weekends games. I am watching Liverpool vs Man City now. I hadn't until I came to this thread even realised there were more games tonight as well. Let's get some streams going. I'm only teaching 1st grade tomorrow anyway.

10 man City get a cruical goal for them. edit: Sterling goes for a perfectly excuted dive in the box. Everyone stares at the refree whilst Aguero smashes it home past ghomless Burnley defenders standing on the line. In my opinion that should be a yellow card for Sterling and a free kick to Sunderland. But if the refs not sure about the dive he has to give the goal. Can we give retrospective yellow cards for diving. That was as terrible from Sterling as it was brilliant from Aguero. edit 2: Burnley have one back. Crazy goal line scramble the technology says goal. edit 3: Liverpool finally find the break through.

I am wondering who can actually challenge Chelsea realistically.

Win and even better but Spurs playing a bit better and they will want revenge. We stopped them winning the league, we broke their undefeated start to season and now can they stop our record win streak~! Let's not forget you prevented them from going to Champions League in 2012 XD The red card on Feghouli was a fucking disgrace. Jones might have helped a bit with his brilliant acting though. English refs are so horrible these days.

The ref should be able to tell between genuinely trying to score a goal and trying to hurt someone.

That non-goal wasn't that specatular but we have had a couple of wonderful bicycle kicks (for some reason I think Nowich had one ruled out last year) ruled out because of the high boot rule. There should be some kind of execption in the box when shooting. It's just part of the risk of been a goal keeper surely. O.K the rest of the pitch there's no real need for it keep the high boot rule. But it's a shame when we rule out great goals because a boot was high and it often it wasn't even dangerous or near anyone. The ref should be able to tell between genuinely trying to score a goal and trying to hurt someone. Well I believe the rule is there to protect the goal keeper from getting unnecessary injury. I mean it's very hard to distinguish between trying to score and to hurt someone. Especially a high boot can often result in very serious (head) injury which might leave permanent consequences. So I'm all for implementing such rule. The Ibra's disallowed goal however, can be argued as not a case of high boot as he was still a distance away from Valdes.

edit: So much football to catch up with. I have now wacthed 3 completely different episodes of Match Of The Day today. West Brom's second goal against Hull was amuesing. Blocked by the man on the line but Goal line technology deams he was standing slightly behing the line and it's a goal. LOL's got to be pretty fucking careful with that nowadays.
