edit: So much football to catch up with. I have now wacthed 3 completely different episodes of Match Of The Day today. West Brom's second goal against Hull was amuesing. Blocked by the man on the line but Goal line technology deams he was standing slightly behing the line and it's a goal. LOL's got to be pretty fucking careful with that nowadays. You could see with your own two eyes that the player was standing behind the line...
Looked handball too

Why does Chelsea have like 3 more days of rest compared to the other teams?
Chelsea - 5 days Liverpool - 1 day Man City - 1 day Arsenal - 2 days Spurs - 4 days

Because we played 3 games in 6 days the week before Christmas period began. Plus teams like Liverpool before they started the games over the holidays had like 7 days without a game. Crystal Palace hadn't played before 10 days when they started the festive period.

not being in any european competitions makes it easier to somewhat balance out the PL schedule.

Oh classic Arsenal haha. 2-0 down at half time and no shots on target. If Arsenal lose and Chelsea win tomorrow, gap between the two clubs is 12 points!!!

3-2 by the way if anyone not watching. Cracking game. Arsenal randomly woke up and Lucas Perez scored a beautiful volley goal, perfect technique. Then after Gosling had chance for 4th in which he should have scored. Bournemouth captain decided to get himself sent off and the last 10 minutes Bournemouth are 10 men and holding on !!
6 minutes added time!

3-3 In the End. What a game! But Arsenal can't be happy with that honestly. Man Utd is starting to breath down their necks.

Man I left for work when it was 3-0 up for Bournemouth. Parked my car and got my phone out to check the score and it was already 3-3. What the fucking happened during the 30 mins when I was driving? Well I guess from United's perspective it didn't matter much. But Bournemouth was doing so well with their counters, holy balls ...
|
Dunno honestly. Arsenal just kicked it up a notch and Bournemouth missed a couple chances at 3-1 & 3-2 (Sweet volley from Lucas Perez). After the red card Bournemouth were lost.
|
Bournemouth played Arsenal off the park in the first half. It looked like Bournemouth were playing a lower league team. The Arsenal boys had to keep bringing the Bournemouth men down and picking up cards. I would be seriously worried by that performance if I was an Arsenal fan.
I made the mistake of checking the score when got to 3:0 because I just assumed Arsenal would lose from there, mistake.

How good of a shot does Tottenham have in ending Chelsea's run?
If I recall correctly, last time they faced Tottenham was far better on the pitch, but didn't use their chances as efficiently as Chelsea did. Maybe they have some ideas and tools to beat Conte's system. I certainly hope the PL doesn't get decided 5 rounds before the finish.

Chelsea is playing Spurs, Liverpool and Arsenal within the next 4/5 weeks, I'd call it a miracle if the title hasnt been decided with 5 rounds to go.

About that card. Without the rest it would seem the most stupid card ever. But if you see it from different angles you can clearly see that Danilo (the player) was the one who promoted the crash with the Referee.. Neither did he try to avoid it (he was facing the referee), but he promoted moving into his direction when the game was moving in a different direction. But despite that, in the game report he got that 2nd yellow because of the words he said after they collide.
You can't analyze something like this without context.
In other news, the coach Marco Silva (ex-Sporting) is moving to the Premier League to coach Hull City. How fucked is he?
He's probably my favorite coach from this new age of Portuguese coaches (Rui Vitória - Benfica , Villas Boas- Somewhere in China, Nuno Espirito Santo - Porto , Leonardo Jardim - Monaco, Paulo Fonseca - Shaktar).
Best of luck to him.

It still is a ridiculous card tho =)
