Romo has a career average of: 65.3% completion %, 220.3 ypg, and 97.1 career rating (whatever that's worth). Romo's biggest issue with potential HOF status is that he is 2-4 in the playoffs and plays in a time when there are much better QB's out there to compare him too in Brees Manning and Brady. | ||

When I think about it, Troy Aikman was actually pretty average as a QB but still got in the HOF. | ||

I mean, the fact that you listed 3 that were better than him in most his healthy seasons should disqualify him. There is no reason for someone who peaked as the 4th best X in the league to be in the HOF, doubly so if he lacks counting stats. That even ignores the many years other QBs like Rodgers, Rivers, Ben, were outperforming him. If Romo gets into the HOF, they should just rename it to the Hall of Quarterbacks. | ||
