The Pelini era was cursed by huge blowouts (this year was OSU and Iowa of all teams). But they generally won the bowl games. If they lose, it'll be chalked up to injuries to Armstrong and Westerkamp, plus Gerry being ineligible. Same with Tennessee. Either way, a loss will get people grumbling. | ||

Trubisky took off running and a ref was in his path. Ref tried to jump diagonally forward and to the side but his arm flung forward and punched the ball out as trubisky went by | ||
