Both and I was 16, I was 1m40 and à little less of 40kg when I started HS I grew up a lot in grade 11 and 12 and I finished at 1m72 and 48kg, I hate absolutly nothing back then every food tasted like shit to me I was never hungry. Then I gain 10kg of pure fat during my two first year of medschool then 5 more during the next three years with really shitty habbits. I had love handle at 21.3BMI ..

A big difference from a 170 kilo clean bench and a "i moved 170 kilo up a little while on a bench with a spotter." But maybe he is just a strong, big dude. On to another topic. I have been diagnosed with triceps tendonitis by a doc after months of elbow pain. I am looking at a few weeks (2? more may kill me) off from pressing exercises. What do I do to retain as much muscle and strength at all times as possible? Should i spend a couple weeks on the rowing machine with some squatting on the side? I'm very interested to know if this is even possible. How do you maintain strength in a muscle you're not allowed to strain?

Btw rows and curls are out since they hurt as well. The bench training session last week with 365lbs may have done me in for good.

(current gym is 94sq meters and hovers between 150-200 members, new place will be 350sq meters) Once it's confirmed I'm in we will be adding a basic strength and mass program for skinny guy and a booty building programs for girls. Currently beta testing the booty building; it really helps most girls have developed a base strength and work capacity from crossfit, most will be DL in excess of 220 pounds by the end of the 3 week program (adding 10-30kg to their current dl's and most importantly, a few inches to their butts). Shortly after we want to start a WL and PL club that runs within the facilities. I really want to own my gym, I just hope they give me reasonable terms (enough ownership percentage to match the equipment, work and cash investment)

It's a lot harder than it looks, if you're confident that you can learn by watching technique videos feel free to give it a try. I have no technique! I did 5k today in 19:21 and then rolled on the floor gasping for air.
