I thought it could be majority draw if you score the last round 10-8 Lawler, but Condit had 3 rounds for sure. Even on the round with the knockdown condit probably still outstruck Lawler.

Maybe 10-8 on the knockdown round too? Only way i see he could have won.

Holy shit that fight was crazy, but Condit got fucking robbed. They even showed the stats which showed Condit landed like at least twice as many strikes......what the fuck.

1-3-4, 5 was tie imo. While Lawler did go HAM in 5th round, Condit responded in kind, and both were obviously fucked up to the point where Lawler couldn't throw a punch any more, and was having difficulties keeping his hand up.

I also thought Larkins got robbed as well, though not as egregious as that Condit fight. I thought he did way more damage, even though it were all leg oriented attacks.

Soto v Tanaka was close; I thought decision was right, I had Tanaka 1,2, and Soto 3.

Awesome fight. Lawler and Condit are really classy in victory or defeat.

I also thought that Condit won that fight, but it was kind of close. Did he have better "stats"? Certainly. But did he defeat the champ? Perhaps... but not convincingly. This happens all the time. It's sad for Condit, as he would have probably won that if it was not a title fight.

That being said... Lawler delivers great fights, and Condit is just a cool guy, I'm a fan of his after UFC 196. Good day to be MMA fan. As much as I enjoy McGregor-style-trashtalk-stuff, I love the respect these guys have shown to each other.

Cant wait for the rematch. Hopefully they'll make it happen.
