I can't even remeber the last wc or euro winner who didn't have a really good team. DK 1992?

No Greek defender in 2004 was a star.

Anyway I did write "personally" didn't I? It's my opinion that Zidane is better than Messi and there are plenty of people who agree and of course disagree with me.
And there also plenty of people who disagree with Messi being the best ever or Maradonna or Pele. There is no one single player we all agree with who is the best :p

Both Zidane and Ronaldinho were better footballers than Messi and CR.
There's not much point in arguing this.
|
Emre Can being played as a right back for Liverpool again. What a waste
|
Nah, mate, he's a CB with Skrtel and Sakho. Markovic is the wing back.
|
Meh, he's still better in central midfield, where he has more creative freedom with passes and tackles : /
Can no T_T

There's not much point in arguing this. Well if YOU write that, the opposite must be true.

First and foremost Messi/Ronaldo are different players than Zidane or Ronaldinho were.
It makes no sense to say "thise one was better". Better is subjective. They are different in style. If you like incredible speed and goal scoring ability u like ronaldo and messi better. If you love a player who can play beautiful passes and always make the right decision and be the main force behind the whole team often times u like Zidane.
For me Zidane is one of the most special players of all time. But at the same time messi does things no one has done before.
You cant name a single goat player anyway because they simply are different. All we now is that Zidane is definitely one of the greatest to ever play the game. As is Messi as is Ronaldo. As are many others. If you want to narrow it down to 3 or even 5 players most lists will contain Pele,Zidane and Maradonna and then two newer players .. but if u want to name 1 goat.. gl.. imo its useless.

I hate the Matic - Mikel midfield. Chelsea could be playing their usual game and roll Liverpool. Instead it's a dumb pressure absorbing game that this team isn't designed to do.
