He rumoured to Gala if we fail to land Lucescu. Hard to judge how he would work in a different league and with a club/squad that he doesn't know and where he is pressured more from the fans/board, but if I had to rate his years with Mainz considering the budget he had to work with it's an easy 9/10, maybe 9,5. One of the best coaches in the Bundesliga in the last years.

On tactics only the second best coach in Bundesliga and too good in my opinion for a club like Gala.
Not an expert for Turkey football but i think it would be a waste of time for him and the club.

What do you mean by too good for Gala?
We usually have had top class managers like Fatih Terim, Rijkaard, Mancini, Lucescu, Gerets etc. Thomas Tuchel is a completely no name in football world, we dont even know if he can handle the pressure by fans. We offer Thomas to a team that played ro8 and ro16 CL in the last two years. So its pointless to say something like "too good for Gala".
Galatasaray is a great team with great history so you better dont underestimate us.

Well to put it into perspective what he did last season with Mainz the team was ranked 13th in market value and made 53 points Galatasaray is ranked first and made 65 points. He was consistant with a poor team what is really hard to do. In my opinion he is the second best coach in germany in terms of tactics which is of course not the only thing you have to do but i think at some point he will take over Dortmund from Klopp or the National team.
I am not an expert for the turkish league but Gala looked like a very avarage team with some stars out of their primes also the league itself sucks honestly were the only consistance thing i read about are rumors that it is rigged.
Dont get me wrong Gala has some history and isnt a bad club by any means but i dont think they will be happy with each other. Tuchel is the type of coach that will say "well yea Drogba is great but can we buy the 20 year old faceless defensive midfielder i really want?" More than anything he needs time and an organisation who is patient enough to give him this time to implement his ideas. Do you think Galatasaray is the type of club were he can loose the first couple of games with a system that is different from last seasons without trouble?

Galatasaray is actually a team that always has decent players but are disastrous when it comes to tactics. And it shows in the national team as well. Just a bunch of bearded badasses running god knows where all the time without any kind of plan. It's a complete mess.
Throw in a coach who can mold these players into a tactically superior machine is a great challenge. If this guy is a good tactical coach, I think he'd fit well at Gala.

Galatasaray has way too many old former big name players. Tuchel will not want them

I don't think Tuchel is "too good" for Gala, but I think he is the wrong kind of coach for Gala. Gala strikes me as a club, where being a good or even excellent coach is not enough, because of club politics and media pressure.

Maybe its just me who wants him to coach the national team.

Did you guys see the spanish newspaper that said suarez is very close to barca?

im pretty sure that our chairman prefer 20 year old no name over +32 years old no name. Thomas will surely get time to adapt here.

It will be like 25.5 when we buy another 20-22 years old winger.

Thing is, are Gala and their fans ready to accept one season of no top2/3 for the greater good? Because Tuchel is not the type of coach who makes a sudden impact, he needs time to let his ideas work into the team.

Idk in the time Tuchel was coach in Mainz Gala had 6 coaches and only 2 of them made it past the one year mark. But i dont know the details here, why was Manchini dumped in the first place?

Expectations werent met. He wanted to spend like +60m in summer even though he spent like 25-30m euros in january transfer window.

I love how he throws the cap or whatever to the ground. Like he's thinking "WAS IT REALLY THAT HARD, MARCELO?"
Then Marcelo goes "I loosened it ._."
