$5.5 million is the mid level, I believe. I'm surprised he got so much.

Good deal for the Bucks at 3/24. I'm surprised they got in done.
Sadly, I guess Jennings will be back though now

Not sure if appropriate yet:

I'm just going to go on the record and say that I don't care if Dwight stays or goes. Dude is overrated as fuck.
Been sayin it all season long too.

but didn't it get confirmed by various other sources? not just the usa today dude. hmmph =/ not a look for him regardless

According to NBA insiders on twitter, Dwight Howard is back to 50/50 between Rockets and Lakers. Dwight, thank god you are being indecisive right now.
|
^back, or was always 50/50 and "sources" are full of shit?

AFAIK no one, not even an anonymous source, actually said he 100% committed other than USA Today guy, and idk how accurate he is.
All I'm saying is that Dwight hate for this is premature since he never actually committed to anyone, people just think he did.

Hahah probably full of shit.

Lolol, pretty much everyone was reporting Dwight going to Houston, but I guess everyone bandwagoned off a bad source? That's pretty funny.

Well ESPN's front page said that Dwight chose the Rockets "according to sources" for a few hours.
I wish news outlets would wait to report something until it's 100% CONFIRMED, anything else is just pointless click/view whoring, and even if the story ends up being true, no one even gives a shit about the official announcement anymore because we've already been pelted to death with updates and analysis about it.

SportsCenter twitter saying a source told them Dwight changed his mind.

No one's gonna wait till 100% confirmed cause everyone wants the scoop, if they're the first ones with the story they get a lot more clicks.

NBA offseason never fails to deliver

Broussard was the guy who reported it, and he's a pretty credible source who has ties with the players. After the announcement of him going to Houston, other reports came out (which I'm sure some of you have already read).
These reports revealed the meetings the Lakers had with Dwight earlier in the week. An anonymous individual (someone in that meeting) said Dwight looked as if he had made up his mind, and that the meeting was a waste of time. Putting that story together with this now 'step-back' or 'oh shit I changed mah mind dawg' story makes Dwight look even worse than he already is. With all this stuff out there now, if he does in fact sign with LA, he looks like a punk ass indecisive bitch who only wants max money.

Yep, and then if it's not true, the media just hides behind their "sources" excuse. There's no accountability, just shameless click-whoring : /

wasn't he like...supposed to have decided during this getaway?
also. i really don't understand this $30 final year...someone is going to pay him a lot anyway on his next contract...zzzzz

if he only wanted max money he would have signed with the Lakers awhile ago.
