Toronto lands Boston. Stupid turnovers and the Caps finish off the Bruins. No more Montreal. X_X

Columbus won their game. Now it's down to Minnesota. All they have to do is to get one point to get into the playoffs. I think Chicago will have an easier time with Minnesota than facing Columbus actually.

Bruins aren't who you want to face in the first round. We really screwed that up in the last three games, ugh.

Facing the Penguins first round... they really don't stand a chance. Let the Islanders take that spot ![]() I basically just want to spread out all Canadian teams in the East for the first round. It would be ideal if Penguins, Senators, Habs, and Leafs all make it to the second round in the East.

Boston and Ottawa have a game tomorrow (rescheduled from Boston Bombings cancelled game). If Boston doesn't lose in regulation, Toronto still faces Montreal (since after tonight, Montreal will be 1 point ahead of Boston, but Boston wins the tiebreak between the 2 teams)

I mean, sure in theory it was nice to make the Oiler fans feel like their entire franchise isnt a joke that isnt going nowhere as long as a billionaire tyrant has his incompetent claws on it but wow, 7-2. pathetic. The contract is a death sentence. One of the many reasons I would avoid long term contracts at all costs. It doesn't help Vancouver's case when the teams with some cap space don't necessarily need a goaltender either. There are a lot of goalies out there who have proven themselves to be up to snuff. In either case, Gillis is going to have to settle for a lot and I do mean a lot less.
