Although if you do have strong msucles around your hips that will be helpful on your squat! | ||

Bench: 45x10x2, 95x10, 135x5, 185x5x3 Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5x3 Nothing special, still taking it easy for the rest of the week. Feeling much less beat up than I was Monday though, so I don't think I need to take next week off, which is a relief. | ||

All weights in kg this time - dropped in on a local barbell club, whose owner has been really cool about letting me sneak in a session here and there for free. OHP: 45x10, 95x5,135x5, 155x1, 165x, 165x, 145x5 Squats: 45x10, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5 speed squats: 185x2 on the minute, 10 minutes Another light day. My speed out of the hole sucks, so I figured I'd do some speed work instead of pushing too hard on squats. Wrist was bothering me a little bit on CJs, so I just cut the session short and live to lift another day. I'm hoping for an autoexec moment next week. Anybody have any experience running Mag/Ort for Deadlifts? Cause its about to go down. | ||

snatch 165x2 170x2 175x2 180x1 165x3 155x3 c&j 175x3 190x3 200x2x2 190x2 squat 275x2 275x3x7 280x3 sn high pull 145x3x3 PR double on the snatch, it felt light and I almost get the second rep at 180 but I went forward. Should hit good numbers soon! | ||

And still there's only one guy I've seen in the gym besides me who squats parallel. Just a big huge oaf that was pushing 245 x 5 or so. Everyone else does this slight knee bend in their squat, but never parallel, not even close. There's not a reason to not go parallel right? | ||
