That's all that is :p Yeah he probably works really hard for it, but so do the other runners. I'm rambling, but what's the point, really, in being the best at anything? Because, every now and again, just for a moment, you feel something special that nothing can really compare to.

I'm rambling, but what's the point, really, in being the best at anything? hehe it kinda shows that you are from sweden! isn't that kinda the mentality in scandinavia? that striving to be the best is a bad thing? I think I remember reading that somewhere, but I could be wrong of course. @decaf: monstrous c&j! big grats ![]()

There's something called Jantelagen, roughly translates to "don't think you're special", but I'm pretty sure that "law" is frowned upon by most swedes these days, seems more like sour grapes from people not willing to make an effort than anything else. I'm more for a "don't take yourself too seriously" kind of deal, though the difference may be slight. Like, if Husain Bolt wanted to be the fastest in the world, and he made it, good for him, he probably deserved it. But thinking he's the shit afterwards and posing in front of the cameras and being all cocky makes him a tool in my eyes. In that regard, him running slightly faster than everyone else is just his silly litle ego-trip, it's really no good to anyone else at all.

Sure he celebrates a lot but why shouldn't he? I know I would if I set a PR in front of thousands/millions. Would be a different story if he'd talk down to his opponents but to my knowledge he does not do that. Also keep in mind that at big events every station/country/camera man wants their own footage and so everyone ask for his pose.

Ugh... I was just informed that the police have found some mysterious package downtown and that's caused my usual transit system to have all sorts of troubles. Gonna be a long commute to the gym =.=..

Absurdly high review on amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Becoming-Supple-Leopard-Preventing-Performance/dp/1936608588 insane. Lowest start review is a 3 and it's due to the binding of the book.

There are plenty of tastes and I ordered a few examples to try it out. Do you have anything like that were you live? Flavours ordered are popcorn-caramel cherry-pineapple vanilla-cheesecake peanutbutter-cookies straciatella banana-choco-split and a few more. Hope its good so I can actually enjoy lowfat curd a bit more :D (right now just drinking it in water) http://www.bodybuilding-depot.de/shop/Flavour System/S.U. Royal Flavour < german, though. Example on cherry: Energy: 1142 kJ / 273 kcal Protein: 1 g Carbonhydrates: 36,8 g - as sugar: 1,1 g Fat: < 1 g Cherry has a bit more carbonhydrates for 100g, but if you take into account that you use 5g / 500g lowfat curd or 250g on 2,25kg protein powder, its not much.

Don't see why you would want to appeal to the average female, we're all chasing special snowflakes right? Also, Chris Hemsworth is quite a bit bigger and I don't think he falls out of mainstream appeal for example.
