Currently 180cm (5"11'), 71kg (156lbs) Goal for 2013 80+kg (176+lbs) Estimating my maintenance calories to be about 3k? I'll be doing some basic macro counting ie: was i over or under 3000 calories today? | ||

Any recommendations on how I can get them to heal ASAP? Anyways, I was in man-mode today so after basketball I went and did my lower body workout at the gym. It was tough, and my lower back feels so stiff/sore, but I feel like it was worth it! | ||
