Snow is all melted in New York - we would be playing in the mud (which hasn't ever stopped us before). the rest of the team got to play in the carrier dome (field our football/basketball/lacrosse team play in). Unreal to be down on the field running plays with over 49,000 seats around you - even if it was practice and they were empty.

Drinking enough water? Any recent changes to your salt intake? How's your sleep? Prior history of circulation or heart problems?

Unfortunately I'm a college student, and I typically struggle to buy enough groceries to maintain my weight, let alone gain it. An additional 40-60 dollars per visit until my deductible (couple hundred bucks) is covered would mean I either don't eat or can't pay my rent. Someday, when I have a real job =/. I'm a little late to the party but if you have any PT or chiropractor friends who may be able to take a look at you that would be your best option. Possibly find out if it's a slip and in whatever direction would be a good idea.

There's a family friend that I'll be able to see when I go home - that won't be until after I graduate (may) because my university schedule and my EMT course schedule don't match up their breaks. I'm getting pretty significant reductions in my day-to-day pain from doing oblique work (very carefully), back extensions, foam rolling and stretching. It's not making an impact on the pain I feel if I attempt to squat or clean, but it's now much less painful to sit upright through a day of class, or stay on my feet for 3-4 hours at work.

I go to school in Syracuse, and I'm from waaaay up north on the st. Lawrence river. I've only been to NYC Twice in my life - it's about a 9 hour drive.

Takes a while to get on the highway, then a good portion of that is through the adirondack mountains, which is a hell of a drive. Then when you get down near the city itself, it's almost impossible to actually just drive in, so the few times I've been we had to park somewhere upstate and take a train in. Had some pictures taken the other day at an event on campus. Was looking through them, and ended up comparing them to the last progress photos I have (which is about how I looked this november, even though they were a year old). At least to my mind, there's a hell of a change. I'll definitely be taking some real progress pics when I finish up my time on this BB routine.
