Also as an aside I did a couple of bodyweight squats with a slightly raised heel (5 lb plate underneath it) and suddenly I could get way down deep below parallel with good form. I'll keep looking to improve my mobility with "flat feet" but this is at least semi-promising. Also, can any of you guys drop down to a perfect squat and kind of walk around on it like Kelly Starrett does? The only way I can do that is if my heels are at least slightly raised. Also, I get absolutely starving on days that I lift. Like I probably eat 700 additional calories on days that I lift just because I'm so hungry. Is that in any way normal?

Haven't made progress on bench since my routine is nonexistent at this point but at least I'm maintaining. However, I decided to do some light deadlifts (135lb) and just not neglect it. Felt so light I said screw it and went up to 235x3. Hip feels fine this morning soooo we'll see ![]() Back pain. Laaaaame :\

I usually fall over with 130, but i'm probably a bit more mobile than last time i tried.

Pain. My hip mobility is pretty good, the big things for me are working ankles to get knees forward and torso upright as well as my t-spine mobility (i always feel squat jerks the most right at the bottom of my lower traps.

PU BW x10 x10 x6 BB Finger rolls nationals on the 23, hoping leg gets better so I can squat at least once before the meet. I'll prolly try something ultra ridiculous next week, like squat partials wearing a suit or smth.
