anyway, it's probably mostly a mobility issue. Work on opening your hips. Do some air squats and just sit as long as possible at the bottom. Try to push your knees out with your elbows. Also go on youtube and search "kelly starrett squat"

Is that just a bodyweight squat? I can't really do bodyweight squats correctly (it kind of looks something like a deadlift until I just topple over). Also I thought there was some difference between flexibility/mobility, since some flexible people can't do certain exercises correctly. Guess I'm wrong though, lol. Also, did some squat mobility work (goblet squats and counter weighted squats) and deadlifted 240x5.

I can feel my legs getting stronger and I can feel that I'm making some progress on the squat, but I still cannot stay upright no matter how hard I try. Now I can finally do some basic goblet squats, except my lower back rounds at the bottom (I can get pretty deep in the squat regardless) and I can't stay upright. spend weeks with multiple minutes per day in the bottom position of the squat working on thoracic mobility and ankle mobility. its a marathon a sprint

I clip/peel mine down. Basically any time there's a piece of skin "loose" on there that I can grab at, I'll peel it off. There's still a callous, but it's not one of those big scratchy dry lumps with skin falling off it like they would be if I didn't maintain them. It's just a smooth part of my hand that's a little more dense than the rest of my skin. I don't use any creams or anything specifically for them.

Went to a Macklemore concert (which was awesome, love his music) and spent the entire part of the opening two acts intimidating the people who were trying to push through my group. Practical benefits of lifting I guess lol.

I thought I was looking pretty small, since I'm actually lighter than I was a month ago. Guess your eyes really can play tricks on you. (co-workers ex-bf got her tickets for her birthday while they were dating, she ends up taking me trololol) Show was pretty awesome, been dying to see him for ages. It was my third show in 5 days and i had done 6RM squats during lunch so i was fucking exhausted though lol

Was at the bar half an hour before the opening acts came on, and still got there in time for a great spot. Opening acts were alright. Big K.R.I.T. had too damn much bass. Talib Kweli is a great performer, but no one there really knew his music. Macklemore was on stage for a little over 2 hours. So many awesome moments I don't know how to start listing them, but I HIGHLY recommend one of his shows if you ever have the chance. Couple of my friends got pictures with him. He ended up hanging out at the bar of the hotel he was staying at... and a bunch of students live there, because we accept too many and don't have enough residence hall rooms. I was about half a block down the street listening to Irish Celebration T_T.

On topic, I'm back at the gym. Tailbone was iffy, then I did the rollocers into v-sits as described in limber 11 and immediately turned 50 years older; could no longer bend forwards. I think I found the culprit.
