Does anybody have a solution for nausea on legday? This is the third time I've had to barf in the last few mnoths and it's driving me nuts. I take oatmeal 1,5 hours beforehand, small scoop of preworkout 15 minutes before and then do my stuff. I stay in the 10-12 rep range on pretty much everything, including squats, and I do 14~ sets of hammies and quads and then 7~ sets for calves.

Maybe try pushing the oatmeal back a little earlier before your workout?

Gave a presentation on stretching today for my public speaking class, same one I did the paleo speech for. Going to make these kids healthy by the end of the semester. Maybe I'll do my next one on why squats are awesome.

@Decaf 23 reps @ 100kg sounds like some crossfit ish. Back Squat 230kg for new PR/500 lb milestone instead IMO.

I'm pretty proud of my 100kgx20 set of squats last year. That was 1.3x bw or so though.

ahhh crushed 475 but couldn't quite get up 500. Another squat cycle and i'll be there. finished up with bench 3x5 @ 230 which i havent done in ages

Weight goals -- 195lbs, 11% bf (14% now)
Training goals -- Bench: 135 => 185, Pull-up: 1 => 10, Dips: 2 => 12, DL: 225 => 275, Incline dumbbell press: 55 => 65 are the main ones I'm looking at.
Nutrition goals -- Eat 300~ less calories than TDEE, 1g+ protein/lb, eat at least three times a day
Misc/stress goals -- Ideal visible abs for next summer . Gym 5-6 days a week.

Hopefully doable. All thoughts/feedback appreciated.

Oh, and decaf is a total boss. Happy birthday good sir, and if I ever meet you I'd like to buy you a beer!

I'm thinking it'll be more like 300 calorie deficit on rest days, still haven't gotten down a strict calculation on calories yet though. I've been doing 5-6 days a week since about the beginning of summer. Pretty used to it by now.

What do you mean by programming?

I only do bench one of the 5/6 days a week for 3 sets.
