-After washing and drying, always keep the top off or at least open -If it starts smelling that Satan's rotting arsehole, clean it, dry it and throw it in the freezer for a night and voila, plastic smell again | ||

especially troublesome today. as in complete and utter fail. (ohp went well tho) i have an additional video to upload, its 7 more minutes of me struggling to pick up a fucking barbell, its not even amusing please comment, though i hope the only thing you can say is "mobility is shit, keep doing it" im not going to bother clipping these vids (next vid in 30 mins) (ps these are vids of me struggling to "get low"/not arch my lower back/whatever) | ||
