I'd say Sunderland are safe, but you never know. They have Sessegnon and Gardner suspended for the last two games and Southampton and Tottenham. I think they'll take at least a point at Stadium of Light and stay up. Di Canio has been inspiring the lads to good performances, with the exception of the cold shower given by Villa. Norwich have looked absolutely dreadful lately, with 4 points in their last 6 games against currently very weak Swansea and dead and buried Reading. Their last two games have both been losses and it looks grim for The Canaries. Last two games against West Brom and Man City are absolutely must-win to stay up, but I think they'll at most take one point. Newcastle has had a nightmare-season and find themselves in a relegation-scrap. There's a lot of good talent in this squad, so I hope they stay up, and I think they will. They'll take three points against QPR and then they have a game against Arsenal (yay, both out games are against relegation candidates!). With all three of Norwich, Newcastle and Wigan having similar match-ups (one beatable team and one top five team) it could easily come down to goal difference here. My internet coins are on Norwich being relegated after two straight losses, yet another victim to Martinez magic.

and damnit newcastle have been terrible for so long now they were looking strong for a couple games after the mid season transfers, like they were gonna climb tons. but they've just been bad for a long time, and their worst performances have been absolutely dreadful. im certain 3 points is gonna be enough to hold but 1 sounds like too little. losing vs qpr prolly equals relegation, winning is almost certain to keep them afloat. not missing this one :D edit: oh wait I thought the table looked differently - I guess I saw a live one from when wigan was in the lead. then 1 point is more likely to hold. and arsenal plays a crucial role ![]()

Arsenal have agreed the biggest kit deal in English football with sports giants Puma. They have struck an agreement worth in excess of £30m-a-year which could see the five year contract worth £170m in total. Source Pretty sick. Won't come into affect until 2014-15 season though because the club still has a contract with Nike until the end of the 2013-14 season.

I think if he does, they'd get some serious transfers in Ronaldo and Xabi Alonso D: Please come back to Chelsea!

Ugh, dumb sign-up form blocks all that stuff. Oh well, at least it's officially announced on their website.

I think a manager no one is looking at right now is Ole gunnar solskjaer. I definitely think he could replace ferguson because he's been a good manger for the short amount of time he has been one, and was an amazing coach at man u. probably has in depth knowledge of the players as well.

Sir Alex Ferguson retires from Man Utd with David Moyes the odds on favorite to take up the role. Ferguson will become a Director and work behind the scenes for the club.

Who is there available though? Pep Guardiola? Nope, he's at Bayern now Jose Mourinho? Will he work under Fergie? Will he choose Man Utd over Chelsea? Do Man Utd want him? Jurgen Klopp? Seems more than happy at Dortmund and doesn't know English football David Moyes knows England inside and out and has always punched above his weight with his Everton side. The only question i have with Moyes is, what will he be like in the Champions League? He has never managed in it, he has only been in Europe twice i think, and the one season he was nearly involved in a relegation fight due to it. He did have small squads though, but im not so sure about his European credentials. Will be an excellent move for him due to Fergie pulling strings for him behind the scenes and helping him out no doubt. Also props to the English press. Tony Hayward of the Daily Telegraph broke this story a few days ago, not many believed him as you could understand....but he was right, so well done. A newspaper got a story right, before everyone else knew about it!

A newspaper got a story right, before everyone else knew about it! Yeah, that is true. A lot of managers are gone. But apparently there have been stalls in the chelsea-madrid mourinho negotiations because mourinho wants to be fired and possibly get compensation while madrid want around 10 million from chelsea so that his contract can be broken. Some other managers could be pellegrini. antonio conte, maybe joachim low. and i think laudrup could do well also, given how well he has done at swansea. idk, i just don't think moyes is the right man for this job. i feel like if jurgen klopp wins the cl, then he might leave as he would have already won everything there. and i think klopp would fit in well because man u can't afford to spend as much as chelsea or man city, and klopp does so well with a limited amount of resources
