Stepping up to take a penalty or getting through one on one with the keeps.
Yeah, man. Germany vs Kasachstan is way way way better than Italy vs Brazil. Because you know the game counts, its important. Lol.
Any friendly is better than this game.

This. I'm a pretty huge Germany fan and I'm bored with this game.
On another note, are their any Ireland fans out there besides me? If we can pull some magic vs. Sweden here today, we might actually have a shot at qualifying.

Germany just scored twice in two minutes and neither the crowd nor the commentator (at least on this German channel I'm watching) reacted at all. German tv coverage of national team matches is a shame in so many ways. Unless we play another big name, the only thing that gets them excited is bad performances. I even tend to prefer english streams (where from my little experience it's funnily the other way around; when a british plays a straight pass, its automatically world class). Radio commentating here is quite good however.
I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking that way . I just can't stand Bela Rethy for example (the one commentating GER - KAZ right now).

This is such an awful effort. I still want us to win this but we sure don't deserve to

Well i'm glad that we won. Feel embarrassed by fans who chanted "kill the serb" and booed when serbian anthem was playing. Game was ok all in all. Surprised that there hasn't been a lot of brutal challenges, and pleased that the players acted appropriately.

Players were unbelievably well mannered considering the amount of pressure they were under. Congrats to the Croatian team but I can't help feeling like we defeated ourselves with stupid mistakes, sigh

I remember when i saw you back line, i just said "holy shit, this godly back 4", so it's kinda weird that you took 2 "cheap" goals (cheap as in silly mistake by your defence). Anyway, gg, and looking forward to the next match in Belgrade. The atmosphere will probably be great, let's hope the game will be the same way

I was hoping for a draw, but Kolarov thought otherwise EDIT: Every time these games happen you see reports about an ex-YU super league. Man, that would be so hype, each weekend blockbuster games, it seems that as time goes by the security risks are becoming less and less and the police seem to be more and more in control of the situations. I mean packed stadiums without away fans is much better than the empty stadiums and poor football our leagues have now

You have a point there but the commentators are allways very well prepared and so we get a lot of background information which are sometimes just a filler when I watch english streams I kinda miss that.

How is Sweden vs Ireland going? Anyone watching?
|
Sweden vs Ireland is 0-0 at the moment.
|
Spain is 8/11 Barcelona right now heh, it's basically the normal Barcelona lineup except with Ramos in place of Puyol/Masch, Arbeloa in place of Alves and David Silva in place of Messi.
|
I have to say that is a nice goal. Now Spain gets to put some effort in the match again.
|
Still waiting for something to happen in Sweden - Ireland.

Finland parks the bus and scores from the one chance they get. Ramos scoring in his 100th international game and Pukki scoring for Finland.
Full time, Finland 1 - 1 Spain
Not that we have any chance to move on from the qualifiers but, fuck yeah.
|
Wow, this result could be dangerous for Spain's qualification chance, no? o.O
