I may have injured something on the back of my neck. I was doing pull ups and as I went to failure I might have done some weird unconscious movement that probably caused it. I felt something snap but it didn't hurt at first. After a minute or so it started to bother me when I did some movements with my head. I made a sloppy drawing below to try to explain where it hurts. The red blotches represent the pain. It's not unbearable and as of I now I do believe it won't stop me from exercising on Friday, unless it gets worse or you advise me to take some rest instead. Anyone familiar with anatomy that could tell me what 'probably' happened and the name of what is hurting? It hurts the most when I make the movement shown on pic4, that's why I put more red in the drawing hehe.

oh i thought fish was really good for you balance out the chocolate crap you know
i can add veggie omlettes np (i guess just 3 eggs is as much protein as a tin of tuna so thats alright)

the beefy stew meat (tinned) can be cheap but gross
omlette with veg 25g p 2xsteak with veg/rice 50g p 1L milk 33g p 2xchoc 10g p rice + veg/wtvr

It's cool, your property taxes more than make up for it.
@Gotunk oldish decaf pictures in the november progress thread. @BouBou yes you are a woman. I'm eating 3300 calories to maintain, and doing it in two meals + milk/day. Also, fuck sandwiches. Get that bread shit out of here. @emperorchampion I unfortunately speak just about NO french, So I'll stick to ontario thank you very much. @Zafrumi, yes you should, but that's not always the case. Aren't you beyond SS at this point anyway?
Hahaha party in Ontario, good one
You actually don't need to know any French in downtown Montreal. All service staff know both French and English, and if we're talking clubs they're predominantly filled with students.
everytime I tell myself i should buy fish i goto the meats section and realize i can get a ribeye steak for around the same price. needless to say i get the steak 95% of the time. the only fish i get on a semi regular basis is canned tuna for ease of use.

Poor mans diet from yesterday: 4 eggs, 8oz home made burgers, 12oz pulled pork, Milk + protein shake Other things i typically add: bacon, tuna, cheese, rice, sweet potatoes, potatoes, chicken, ice cream (in post WO shake), and tortillas (bad decaf)
Recipes: decafs bowl of awesome: Start cooking beef + bacon in pan. When theres grease in the pan, shred potato into it to make hashbrowns. Add butter as needed for the hashbrowns as they soak up the grease. Add 4 eggs. Cook till done. Eat with rice, hot sauce, cheese, or in a tortilla, etc. Feeds 1 very hungry man or 2 normal people.
ez pulled pork: 5-6 lbs of pork loin (this shit goes for like 1.8$/pound here) in crockpot/slowcooker. Add any soda/beer till the pork is covered. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Drain and then pull apart the pork with forks. Add barbeque sauce and cook for another 1-2 hrs. Enjoy.
And my go-to move is just cooking up some beef or chicken and adding eggs and rice. Flavor with hot sauce/bbq sauce.
Posted some at the end of last thread Meh, used to be fucking ripped. Now, not so much: + Show Spoiler +
Was more ripped this time last year. God damn beer. Could probably stand to lose 5 lbs of fat. Oh well, i don't have much need for dem aesthetics, i've got a gf already and i mostly just want to run people over
This thread is making me way too hungry for this cut. We need a recipe thread too.
Whoever posted that simplyshredded article rocks on page six rocks.
I'mma need y'all to hold me accountable. 10% bodyfat by June 21st. Started monday. I'll be posting pictures here on that day, but who couldn't use some extra motivation?

Lets do this.
Take pics every 1-2 weeks or month or w/e so you can track your progress.
Still ez, can't wait for the torture of real smolov next week. Been reading some articles on stronglifts, added the stretching for hyperlordosis on the afternoons (yes I have that pretty badly, nothing unexpected for someone who spends 8 hours browsing web/playing starcraft/playing poker).

I just watched an episode of I used to be fat with Joey Gloor as a coach and got someone to lose over 110lbs in 90 days lol. That guy is a pretty damn good motivator and funny as hell too. Almost makes me want to go and cut but I'll save that for when it gets closer to summer .
