Ship some to Toronto too please decaf.

Cutting's such a bitch. Since I'm only eating 1500-2000 calories on my rest days, I'm having trouble getting enough protein in. Milk doesn't help since it has a lot of carbs. Also I ran out of protein powder so I really need to order some ASAP. Being back home and having to eat rice again doesn't help either;; I want to eat junk food again T_T

Wtf cutting is easy. I was at 2500 cal with roughly 140g fat, 70g carb, 210g protein before i went out and had a couple beers and came home to smash another 1/4-1/2 pound of pulled pork. I'd have the easiest time cutting in the world if i didn't drink at all. Meanwhile, if i wanted to bulk i'd have to add in another meal of 2k cal when i wasnt even hungry.

Lol, when I'm home I'm only 2 hours from Montreal and Milk is $2.30 here, or $4.xx if you want the "organic" stuff. Damn that canadian government, right?

@Decaf, I've got the same problem. Bulking, I have to count every calorie that goes into my mouth and force myself to eat when I'm not hungry. Cutting is EZPZ.

milk is £1 for 2.2 litres at tesco , iirc
amazzzing price, beats the shit out of anything else
still thats £7 a week, £28 a month

im buying the cheap ass "chocolate" bars for £0.50 each for 500kcal

i cant really drink 2.2 litre of milk a day (start to feel sick after a while), so say i have 2x chocolate bar + 1 litre milk = 1600kcal right there, need another 1900kcal from proper food

2x chocolate + 1litre milk = £1.50/day or £10.5/week
i just done my first normal shopping of the year, came to about £38 just for veg (potato aubogine carrot mushrom pepper colliflower cabbage brussels tomatoes and brocolli) and meat (4 packs of 5 pork steaks for £12).

so im wondering how long my veg are gonna last - if they last 2 weeks that brings it to 36-12 = 24/2 = £12/week on veg.
12 veg + 12 meat + 10.5 chocolate+milk = £34.5/week

20 pork steaks / 14 days = 1.4 steaks a day
12/20 = 60p/steak, or £1.20 for 2 per day = £16.80 per 2 weeks
thats only 50g of protein a day, add 1 litre milk + 2x chocolate thats 120g protein, add some veg (?) thats 130g protein (i guess? dunno abt veg).
add 1 meal of tinned fish (ew), say they are 15g protein atm, but cost £1/tin = another £7/week

totals
meals per day = 2 steaks + veg + 1litre milk + 2x chocolate bar + fish meal
protein per day = 15 + 130 = 145g/day
cost per week = 7 fish + 8.4 meat + 10.5 choc+milk + 12 veg = £37.90 per week *sigh*

notes:
-have 2 steaks a day, buy more when run out
-veg needs to last until 17th or 18th of jan (2 weeks time)
-can probs buy that chocolate for a bit cheaper
-cant buy anything else whatsoever, ever, coz already at budget limit t.t
-still need to make sure butter is healthy coz the back of the tub says its vegetable oil and i thought that was a killer

kcals
2x steak 310
2x chocolate 1000
1L milk 600 iirc
1 tin fish 65

= 2000kcal

so i need 1500kcal from vegetables, how the fuck am i gonna cram that down me
if there are 100kcal in 100g of potato, i need to eat 1.5kg of potato every day (or 5kg of brocolli)?

No chocolate, replace with milk. Less fish if you want to cut down in cost. Get whey protein and make 2 shakes maybe?

I love milk and peanut butter sandwiches for adding cals.

- i dont think its good for me to drink 2L milk a day, after a week or so i start to feel shitty
- the chocolate is VERY handy because i can take it to work, eat it on the bus, easy quick snack, whatever. plus 500kcal for 50p is very good afaik. i should trial it anyway
- id love to get protein powder but thats another £35+ per month. i think having solid food protein (tin of fish with mash/jacket potato and butter) would probably be better than a scoop of liquid milkshake. i could still factor in the protein shake at some point (140g protein per week otherwise on this system) but i do need to bank some money too
- i only eat peanut butter on toast incase the sticky bread gets stuck in my mouth and i chuck up LOL. i do LOVE peanut butter toast tho.....i always make a mess

- forgot about eggs . havent eaten egg for ages, went off it a bit LOL? maybe egg and veg omlets are cool

Whey protein should not cost 35 quid a month. I have a 5kg tub here for 51 euro's. That's 1cent/gram protein, basically.
Your fish is a LOT more expensive.

Also, I put everything into fitday because I've been leaning out (looking real pretty though). Turns out I'm eating about 2.5kcals a day. Wtf am I, a woman? Gotta eat way moar. Here's to eating 500gram of cottage cheese a day with 2 scoops of whey and 8 slices of peanut butter/chicken a day. Gotta get big, no wonder my weights have been increasing so slowly.

Current plan is:

3,630 kcals
175.4g fat
216.4g carbs
303.0g protein

Seems solid? This would be 1100 more than I'm eating right now, but I'm definately leaning out and not much stronger, if at all atm.

It's cool, your property taxes more than make up for it.

@Gotunk oldish decaf pictures in the november progress thread.
@BouBou yes you are a woman. I'm eating 3300 calories to maintain, and doing it in two meals + milk/day. Also, fuck sandwiches. Get that bread shit out of here.
@emperorchampion I unfortunately speak just about NO french, So I'll stick to ontario thank you very much.
@Zafrumi, yes you should, but that's not always the case. Aren't you beyond SS at this point anyway?
