I tell him politely to fuck off and luckily he does. Wtf.
And to make matters worse, I failed the last rep on 160 kg DL. DLing is hard on a cut

That is an intense Mudder program! Awesome progress from barely a mile to ten mile runs. And that's a lot of good advice and structure too. I encourage everyone to work towards one of these events. Just get a group of friends to commit and go for it ![]()

I encourage everyone to work towards one of these events. Just get a group of friends to commit and go for it ![]() Friend of mine just signed up for the Buffalo, NY Mudder... I'd love to do it, but it's not until July 2013, at which point I don't know where I'll be living or what I'll be doing. Maybe in the future. Also popped my SI joint out again. Glute bridges were fine, side planks were hard as hell but fine, Back squats (really light, working on form, building up. Did 145 lbs 5x5 lol) were fine. came out on fucking Pendlay Rows, of all things. I've been doing chinups and chest supported rows for a reason, I guess. Shouldn't have pushed it. Good news is that nothing relating to disc injuries helps, and the pain is a lot more localized to sacrum/sacroiliac joint this time than last time, so I have less to worry about (meaning I didn't break my back)... and the only position that REALLY hurts is sitting upright, everything else just results in a dull ache. Seeing the chiropractor again at 11:45 tomorrow, hoping that helps, but Damn does my insurance suck for this kind of thing. What other exercises (besides planks, glute bridges) should I be doing to help stop this from happening?

My home COUNTY is as large as a third of your country, Luxae, and it only holds around 110,000 people. It can take more than 30 minutes just to drive to some of the other towns within it.

Seems like those would be suspect for aggravating the SI joint. And lol it is weird thinking of how most U.S. states are the size of countries.

Rochester, actually! nice, quiet place ![]() I'm living in Arlington now though. I went to American University and just graduated last spring. Doing another semester internship now, hoping to network more and find leads to a job opportunity. Off to the gym now. today is squats, deadlifts, ohp, and pullups. I'm in a good mood!!

2) My deadlift is still pretty good. Went for one rep, and hit like 2x bodyweightish. 3) My flexibility for squats is bad. I haven't been able to get over bodyweight, probably will ret urn to bar. I'm not able to get low enough. stretching time. 4) Powercleaning 35 pounds at physical therapy scared the shit out of and surprised PT aid. Shouldn't have done it, but it was too tempting. I was using the barbell for rollouts, and they asked for it back, and I powercleaned it rofl. 5) Still going to physical therapy at college, but to be honest access to the college gym will be the more important factor.

Might be going next year when it is also a bit closer and at a better time, pretty keen :D

I'll let you know. uh new years would be really fun. I'll be with dad, and friend who's boyfriend lives in NYC, and we all gonna hang around and get hammered. If you're down, let me know, we can exchange phone numbers and shit. I can't imagine what the other people in my gym (or other gyms too for that matter) think about when I clean 80kg or 90kg and then jerk it hahaha. So glad to hear you're making progress. Best of luck, and always keep us posted.
