Saturday at 1. I'll probably be a bit after that since i'm one of the higher totals in my session. Obviously not going to the meet but hopefully I can take a run at winning my session! 300 here i come.

p.s. getting so fat. and by that i mean i've bulked up to a relatively lean 102kg somehow. thats like 4kg in a month.

I've been informed that there will be no weightlifting stream this year. This is from the 70's big Facebook page. "According to an Arnold organizer, there will be no online feed for Weightlifting this year. Reason being, something about $3500 for the "union run internet"."

Do what you do best decaf! We'll be waiting for the good news.

I know this is completely off subject, but what does your vertical look like? I don't train olympic lifts often. But, when I do, I do power cleans to help increase my vertical. I'm curious because I do vastly less weight than you do and don't really push myself to go a whole lot higher on it. I was interested to see the correlation.

Vertical is around 30-32 inches. Gone up by about 4 inches since I started squatting and oly lifting.

I'm so pumped to see results from the Arnold! I haven't been so pumped about something since the failed Akkaev vs Klokov at the olympics haha. Good luck decaf, slam some barsss. I'm specially pumped because I got to follow lifters' progress leading up to this meet. Also super pumped to see Jon North, cooper and those guys. Lame that there is no stream

Nice decaf, waiting on videos now. I read that Jon North withdrew because he was having back spasms during warm up lol. Dude had the snatch american record, he must have thrown a huge tantrum haha.
