Does anybody have the gears 3 beta? Looking for some people to play with later

Anyways,
Hitting the gym in about an hour
Shooting for 200 on leg extensions, 140 for leg curls, 160 on bench, and BW +15 on pull ups.

Forgot to mention I hit my 300 deadlift goal. Now onto 400. I also know I can bench my body weight now, I just actually have to do it. 150 for shoulder press is going to be hard, but I'll be damned if I don't get it. 45 pounds away.

Not too sure about my 300 lb squat. Since I can't squat for so long, I'm missing out on some valuable time :\ damn. I'm sure I'll get it since I was at 235 x 5 x 3 before I stopped.

Edit: Hell yeah, down to 179 pounds. 11 pounds lost on this cut, 5 more to go.

so yes, starting on monday I'm starting advanced novice SS stuff. (Rosa help me here!)

the "Program" reads like this:
Week A

Day 1
Squat 3x5
Bench press 3x5
Chin-ups: 3 sets, weight added so failure occurs at 5 to 7 reps

Day 2
Front Squat 3x5 OR Light Squat 2x5 (80% 5RM)
Press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5

Day 3
Squat 3x5
Bench press 3x5
Pull-ups: 3 sets to failure, unweighted

Week B

Day 1
Squat 3x5
Press 3x5
Chin-ups: 3 sets to failure, unweighted

Day 2
Front Squat 3x5 OR Light Squat 2x5 (80% 5RM)

Power clean 5x3

Day 3

haha. I will. I think I could have gone up, but i hae family coming this weekend so i had limited time to lift today, have to clean and get the house ready for 6 extra people for 2 weeks.

Benching today. Hit 160 for 4 reps. Couldn't get it up on the fifth. Had to do some like judo hold thing and it took me probably 20 seconds to get it off of me so I could sit up. lol last time I put the stoppers. Next time I'll just let the weight slide off.

If no good spotters then don't put on the collars at the ends of the barbells so if you need to tilt it to one side to get the weights off you can

Had such a bad workout today Had to lower my squats and my press/pc had shitty form. Couldn't stop pulling with my arms when doing PCs

Felt like shit and all my lifts were off so i just did a lot of reps and sweated my ass off to feel better about myself. Did a few squat jerks too for fun (so hard) and went back to split jerking and god damn do i suck at jerks lol. i dont get the weight back behind me or drop under nad lock out at all. also probably very tired and my body probably hates me. Did some squats and press and then some interval sprints for the first time in a long while...barely got in 2 laps i'm quite out of shape compared to where i was last summer. Should only take a couple weeks of being a real person and making good life decisions (like actually recovering from my workouts).

Eshlow/whoever else, is it even feasible for me to put on a solid 15-20 pounds over the next 4 months or so while oly lifting/doing cardio to stay in shape for summer rugby shit? I'm hoping i'll be able to throw back ~5000 cals a day and workout 3-5 days a week. Need to start making some sort of routine. Mostly cant wait to get in the swing of working + working out + rugby + eating healthy. Feels so much better when body is operating at 100% instead of 80% Also have the state olympic lifting meet coming up in 3 weeks!

You definitely have room to improve a lot, i would not be surprised if you put up considerably more weight with some form work. Get that bar closer to your body and extend your hips through on the second pull. The jerk was basically a bush press, explode up and then drop under it and lock it out and you can do a ton more weight.

Oh and preferably don't do oly lifts in a cage lol.
how reasonable is it to eat off wood instead of your tummy?

@sJarl & decaf: Commerical gym. Not really any good spotters and there was nobody in the free weights section.
