Hey guys,
have been browsing this thread for several hours, since i couldn't sleep tonight.

First of all, really awesome to see what all of you accomplished and really scary how
strong some of you are!

Second, here I am, trying to shed of some fat for the summer and try to find
out what i would look like in contest shape ^^

macuser
Age: 26 || Height: 5'10"/ 1,77m || Weight: 172lbs/ 78kg
Starting Date: April 01 2011 || Goal Date: June 01 2011
Weight goals -- get below 5% body fat
Training goals -- be consistent and have fun
Nutrition goals -- none
Misc goals -- finish my diploma thesis, enjoy the last couple of months as a student

Can't say a lot about current lifts, because I haven't done a 1RM in like 2 years

quite an ambitious goal you set for yourself there, macuser gl and keep us updated

went 5-4-5 on my 132.5kg squat and 5-5-4 on 90kg bench press. rewarded myself with an ultra feast at mcdonalds

yo yo! i can do pushups now! before, i can't even do 1 lol. now i can do 3 but if i push it harder i think i can go 4-5. it's funny i know but it's good progress progress after 2 sessions.

When I push it, hit it with a hammer, or apply any pressure, yes, it does. Otherwise it's fine.

Edit: am I in the clear to hit the gym tomorrow? This appeared on Sunday and tomorrow will be Tuesday so it'll be my last workout day of the week and I really want to kick some ass.

@froadac: you should aim for AT LEAST 130, and not the fatty kind of 130. i'm 5'5 and a scrawny 140. you'll be able to put on the mass pretty easily though if you just eat right

I love fish, you definitely could have done worse.

I haven't been eating well these last two weeks; i was first incredibly busy and then got sick. only two meals a day, but still getting a good amount of protein. I've also continued to lift through it, and all of a sudden it's like "oh, another week of this and I have that six pack" - but that was never my goal, and its even less my goal now that i've discovered how EASY it is. I still need another 20 lean pounds before I should be worrying about this shit.
