Edit: am I in the clear to hit the gym tomorrow? This appeared on Sunday and tomorrow will be Tuesday so it'll be my last workout day of the week and I really want to kick some ass.

Otherwise it's fine. ice bro and you should be fine @levistus: grats dude. you should be able to progress on those pretty quickly. 3x10 gogogo! @froadac: you should aim for AT LEAST 130, and not the fatty kind of 130. i'm 5'5 and a scrawny 140. you'll be able to put on the mass pretty easily though if you just eat right

I haven't been eating well these last two weeks; i was first incredibly busy and then got sick. only two meals a day, but still getting a good amount of protein. I've also continued to lift through it, and all of a sudden it's like "oh, another week of this and I have that six pack" - but that was never my goal, and its even less my goal now that i've discovered how EASY it is. I still need another 20 lean pounds before I should be worrying about this shit.
