Edit: that's not a squat rack dude, and 100pounds of weights is nothing. Not worth it imo

My mom forgot to get more, so my gallon of whole got destroyed Although my grandma is so funny. She was at my house when I was doing my first run through SS. But today, when I went to pick stuff up for her at her house she said I shouldn't because of my back. o.o OK, thanks. I'm nowhere near lifting anywhere near 100, so it's hard to tell. And yes, I know that is not a squat rack.

I had a totally retarded conversation with a friend in order to glean this information. quotes from him "you should do a full body workout" "use machines" "mostly run" "weights could hurt you" "just do isos" hehe. "get advice from lifting room coach" (despite fact that I've talked to a pt about it, and they said taht this was reasonable, so long as I progress slowly, and don't excede 2x body weight

But since I did hit my weight goal i think I'm going to start eating more (no more Vegan diet for me) and exercising more to cancel each other out. Seriously though, thanks for the compliments!

Training goals -- Well, It's mostly cardio so basically I just want to be able to run 2 miles in 15 minutes. I think that's a good time. Nutrition goals -- Fruits obviously, and probably add more fiber to my diet. I don't eat too much junk food except pizza, so I want to stop eating that completely. Misc goals -- My friend passed away a few months ago, which is kind of why I'm trying to get healthier. He just had a bad heart since birth and he blamed caffeine for a lot of it. So I took a vow never to have caffeine, it's been about 8 months since I've had any and I don't plan on going back. Woo 159lbs as of yesterday after my workout =) got my weight goal a month early, now I guess I should start doing some muscle workouts. A before after if anyone is interested. This was me last year during Easter Sunday at a Lakers game (And Yeah I know it looks photoshopped) Before After I'm the one on the left with the toss tshirt >.< wow dude, super congrats :D

Regardless of that, you just need more more mass. also, progress pics automaticly are no-homo. 85-86kg (at 177cm). I wasnt really serious about the sixpack hehe (I'm at roughly 17% bodyfat anyway). strength is more important to me right now. afk attempting 132.5kg squat and 90kg bench press! edit: damn you yanks for posting so much when I'm asleep :p
