ETA: Is there any danger of my aggravating anything by trying out all the exercises? I still am not sure why my back hurts. My tail bone hurts and it hurts around it but it's not persistent. Only when I bend a certain way does it hurt. It's like a light pulsing pain, doesn't radiate to my legs. I think it might just be strained muscles because the pain dims as the days pass by. However, I first started feeling pain in my lower back during a squat a few days ago. And those were shooting, stabbing pains as I was finishing the last set (Though I was able to finish it with good form).
Hmmm, if its on the musculature you should feel it when you move and it should be pretty sore/tight like muscles get
Yours sounds more like it could be SI joint related.. may not be a bad idea to get it checked out by a PT if you can get to one
Hmm since we're all posting our injuries and getting dr eshlow to tell us what to do....
I get mega pain in my left shoulder and elbow while and after squatting, and I can't really work out why. According to my housemates my form is pretty much perfect so I don't know wtf is the go. During a particularly difficult squat I feel like I somehow take a lot of weight on that side because when I rack it it hurts like a motherfucker. I think I might pull down with my left arm quite hard for some reason, possibly because the bar isn't sitting correctly on my back because of a lack of shoulder flexibility? My housemates have noticed that my right arm is a lot stronger than my left so I'm going to switch to dumbell bench press and OHP to try and correct that. At times I feel pain in my elbow and lower bicep (like at the insertion point). Should I do some curls to try and strengthen it or something?
In happier news: Put up a 75kgx3x5 squat (easy) today and a 100kgx5 DL (not too hard) at 62kg~ body weight, so I'm feeling good about that.

Give workouts? You mean like he'll just tell you what he did today? Would you mind posting this?
Pretty pumped for euro champs, Lapikov has a habit of sucking in international competitions and then fucking destroying and melting faces in Russian competitions. He's moved up to super-heavyweight (http://www.ironmind.com/ironmind/opencms/Articles/2010/Apr/Super_Size_Russian_Weightlifter_Dmitry_Lapikov.html), he's relatively tall/lean for a 105, I think 6'1-6'3. Chigishev is getting kinda old, I hope he's able to perform well in London and here, as it's likely these will be among his last appearances. The Russian system seems to produce athletes with relatively long careers though, I remember Perepetchenov was appearing at international competitions and doing pretty well until he was like 37 or something.
Akkaev and Roman Konstantinov have both moved up to 105 and entered totals of 415. That'll be pretty exciting; they're both really effing strong and newcomers to 105. It seems like 105 and superheavyweight have all the big names at this EWC. Probably because it's in Russia and most of Russia's big names are also big lifters.
My own training has been going well. I switched to high bar squatting exclusively a while ago, I got 280x4 today. I'm also learning to squat jerk because I'm really awful at splitting; it's going well but I seem to miss behind a lot.
I think he means a sample workout, he didnt respond to my friend yet. Would be a cool way to see how the russian program is set up! Once I get it I will pm it to you.

Either sounds like a mobility issue or an imbalance issue.
2. Lats stretch, pec stretch, pec minor massage. Can use basketball or other ball and lie on top of it for pec rolling.
For pec major you can use corner stretch -- arms abducted to 90, with hands pointing up. Face the concave corner of a wall, and let the elbows touch the side of the wall. Then lunge forward and let it stretch out the anterior muscles of the shoulder.
3. Deep tissue massage all around the scapula; anterior, lateral and posterior shoulder; coracobrachialis, biceps brachii, and brachialis.

I don't add BB.com because the advice there is a crapshoot.
Yes, this has been discussed before.
If you want a good place for exercises then http://exrx.net works just as well.
I see quite a few come in (the squat rack has a good view of the lobby and one of the common cardio spots) but I think most of them only stick around the abs area- on another floor- or just do like yoga classes.
I'm going to have to pull a cambium and check out some yoga :D
