Ugh. Saaaaaaame. The pull to get a Switch is strong. But (as Yango was saying to me earlier) the 3DS is getting some great stuff as well.
I'm almost certainly getting a Switch once I start putting my living room more together (read - "get my security deposit and buy a big fucking TV")
tl;dr on E3 switch stuff?
Metroid Prime 4, new Kirby and Yoshi games (named "Kirby" and "Yoshi", respectively), a core Pokemon RPG is coming to Switch at some point, and Super Mario Odyssey is going to be absolutely bonkers, including the ability for Mario to possess enemies, such as a T-Rex.

I might get a Switch if I ever get a roommate, because then I'll suddenly have a loooot of extra money that I've been dumping in rent. Or I could buy something useful like chairs, bigger pots/pan, etc. I feel like I don't like games as much as I used to, I spend so much more time reading these days than on games. I averaged 30 hours over two weeks, but like 50% of that was in fairly non-interactive games like Plague Inc.
The only time I really play games is when I force myself to sit down and play a grand strategy game, and then I'll go through that game, but when I'm finished I don't feel like playing anything anymore. The last time I felt like this, I got a launch Wii and then I got super back into gaming. But this time I'm more like "meh." It's partly because joy cons are so frakking expensive and I already bought like 300 bucks worth of Wii controllers a decade ago (which are now largely worthless).
Also, that reminds me, I need to get back to trying to restart and finish Majora's Mask. -_-
I really need a game that I can play solo...it's so hard to find one that isn't terrible/that I get bored of within 2 hours...If this is getting older, make it stahp....
Oh, but 6ah, did you finish Heavensward? I should probably start doing that since Stormblood releases this weekend >.>....
Blergh... Go early into BW since zombeh looks open. All I need is a couple bindings mummies, maybe a lord, and I know I'll get all In Oketra's Name going around... Lord is opened on the other side of the table so I never see it, there's only a single binding mummy at the entire table, and 2 Names, one doesn't wheel. And Liliana is opened pack 3 two sits to my right and immediaty hate-drafted (he was UG). Games weren't even that interesting 'cause I lost 2 purely on mana, won one the same way, got the nuts opener when my opponent didn't have much going anyway, and I lose in the finals because after my opponents mulls to 6 on the play I only have a Fan-Bearer to cartouche up after several draw phases, and then I keep bricking on lands with my wayward 2/2s to his embalm pseudo-bears so his card disadvantage doesn't matter. Turns out having "cast a zombie: drain 2 life, tap an enemy creature and drop a 1/1 token" with your opponent at 4 life means crap when you chain lands and your opponent topdecks Final Reward when you find a flyer.
His play of casting Mighty Leap to make a creature unblockable, and bouncing my Intervention with Winds of Rebuke so he can exert both his Gust Walkers and hit me for exactly lethal was sweet, though. But that's still one of the worst ways to lose the finals, especially with a sweet pick on the line, bricking turn after turn when you have your engine only waiting for one spell (heck, even one of my pump spells was a win), and losing to the only card in your opponent's deck that allows that.
We now know more cards for September's set than the one which spoilers start next week. ... RIP wizards' partners after all these leaks.
I would post more but I spent the last week in the bighorn mountains which were completely awesome. It's for my job but they were so cool I had mixed feelings about going back home for my days off.

It's bad.
I have always been a pretty bad, sort of spastic FPS player. I tried playing overwatch awhile ago and the only character I could actually hit the bots with without them killing me was d.va... although I guess I didn't try winston or other characters who might have been easy.
