Also a lot of people don't really own work clothes designed for hot days.

See, that shows your lack of experience. You don't need clothes designed for hot days, you just need very few clothes designed for cold weather.

31C is 87F, 34C is 93F. Not too bad, honestly, unless you're talking wet bulb temperature. Work outside in the southern U.S. and you'll face worse.

98F today, with a side of 104 Heat Index and 100% humidity. Welcome to Texas. It's not even summer yet.

America is full of air conditioning what the shit are you saying? London is full on humid, no real breeze because of the density of buildings, 90% of buildings only have central heating and the train I get is underground with no through air. Regularly gets to 40 degrees+ packed full of people all sweating.

Also for some fucked up reason we have to wear a full suit for client meetings in this weather. Gj UK.

It really depends. a lot of newer places have it, but the affordable places? not many.Lived in an apartment in Florida with no AC for 6 months. it wasnt uncommon.

Yeah I was about to say, 31? 34? Plz.
Last week was 40 with humidity and summer just started. Toronto is bullshit sometimes, but I will say the air conditioning here is just beautiful. Are the euros just not as blessed as we?

Only buildings with air con are very very expensive homes, or very modern corporate buildings.

It's basically just not a thing.

People in america sitting in air conditioned houses laughing at londoners melting in the low 30's is like when canadians laugh at people in southern US for not being able to deal with snow. When all your infastructure is just not at all equipped to handle something, it becomes 100x worse.

Except most of my t-shirts and shirts are quite thick :< I'm already down to only t-shirt/shirt at 10-12C lol

Was tempted to start going into fractional items of clothing on the bus. >.>

There is one upside though. Summer dresses. Everywhere.

Its because NA has a lot of varied climates. Florida varies between 50 to 110 degrees F (10C to 43.3C) some random parts in the center get close to that on the high end, and much lower on the low end because of the weird geography of being present between two mountain ranges.

I'm glad we can all band together to call Holyflare out.

Let me know when it gets hot enough that homeless/old londoners start to die from heat exhaustion.

Seriously though, having to wear a suit at work in mid 30s does truly suck. I've had to do it too. It's hard to feel serious and professional and feel like a wet rug at the same time.

I've been bored for a while. What's a good, new, cheap single player steam game I can dive into?

That happens every time temperature goes into the 30s here
