Night Vale always sounded really cool.I know we're not really about mainstream music in here but man, nobody uses a vocoder like Daft Punk. This song is all the right kinds of funky. Also the weekend is in it too or something

So, I guess I'll contribute something. Anyone here ever heard of The Protomen? On January 31 2017 19:24 Holyflare wrote: Been signed off work because my arms got so bad with RSI ![]() Sucks. Yeah, sucks man. What is your profession? Oh also: god song with vocoder: Also, a little more experimental, but I love this song nonetheless:

Also don't feel so down, Ulridge, there's always room for interaction here, even if it's only to remind you, in a friendly manner nonetheless, that you are utterly wrong and that siege tanks are, as a matter of fact, the best unit that's been gracing us.

It's an album (their first), their second is alot different. It's some fanfiction band about the Megaman lore. Talks about Wiley, Dr. Light, Protoman and his brother, Megaman. Their third act is still TBA.. On January 31 2017 22:25 Holyflare wrote: My profession is audio transcription so typing 90-110 wpm 8 1/2 hours a day ![]() Damn, seems like a fun thing to do dude. Hope it gets better. Exercises for your fingers are possible, right? On January 31 2017 23:23 Alaric wrote: The Stand (Man or Machine) is one hell of a song. I just feel like discussions on this site or anywhere else (look at the US politics megathread), is just people talking to brick walls. I feel like I need some more lightheartedness, and I remember this thread as being so (coupled with the Ask And Answer Stupid Questions one). Also, siege tanks just op, why would you go for such a brainless unit.

The megathread is a cesspool and its own thing, I'd say. Politics discussions are a lot more civil here, but "here" has come to mean "in the skype thread" rather than "in the lounge", partly because it's more convenient for some of the peopel, partly because it let them avoid "the Euros" (who don't really come here anymore, I assume because they don't play LoL anymore). Also people having less free time in general had already slowed down the posting rate here.

I'd be interested to hear what you think (especially if you like Civ 4). http://kotaku.com/after-my-dad-died-he-left-behind-thousands-of-hours-of-1790709703

I feel like a mindless monkey writing words hours on end and it's always a bunch of people that don't even know how to speak English properly (natives are the worst!) It's made worse by the fact that the biggest contract we have is a very depressing one dealing with victims (can't really go into it). We do other contracts too but it's still... Bleh. Either way, since my arms are pretty much destroyed temporarily and because I know I'm amazingly capable of 1000x better roles I'm using my time off to apply for new jobs. It literally hurts to even hold a phone at this point :/

Of all the excellent GMs I've had the opportunity to observe/listen in on, Austin's easily my favorite. He has this great way of putting people in spots that make their characters shine with personality, even if it's a lot of beating the shit out of them emotionally. Also, his ability to write/improv fantastic speeches just goes to show how terrible I am at writing. It's a real treat to have that podcast around.
