I dunno how the fuck my dad did it but he was working like 80hour work weeks for like 30 years of his life.

Crusnik you should look into the natural gas companies in the area. I bet you get gooood money from them. Marcellus Shale baby.

It's definitely a generational thing.

That's not really what he's arguing. He's saying that there was a concerted effort behind getting people to want to go to war. He believes the media is misled with intelligence or negligent with the information they receive, and that there is a systematic flaw that no one addresses. His last point really drives it home though + Show Spoiler + Most everyone agrees that, in hindsight, starting wars there did more harm than good. But everyone involved passes the buck - "yes that happened, but also this happened..." I'll keep saying it - I just really enjoy the Daily Show right now. Jon is distressed about the issues in everything, and he's doing an amazing job calling bullshit on it all.

Basically all his life he worked 50+ hours since he was the only one working. My mom was taking care of my sis and me when we were little, and she was planning on going back to work when I turned school age (5), but then died when I was 3....so that didn't exactly work out for him as planned. x_x It's why I feel so shit that I'm still living with him and going to school. I want to be out making a decent wage so I can help him in his old age financially just so he doesn't need to worry anymore about money and can just relax and enjoy cars and shit.

I've told this story before, but during that time he even went through problems with his electrolytes from working so much. He'd work those 75 hours, cook dinner, and at night and on off days still would do yard work (mowing the lawn mainly, I did all the busy work like weeding, mulching, etc) and working on our house preparing to sell it. Hey but don't feel bad man. He's putting the work in cause he knows you got his back in the future.

While I don't necessarily agree with how Iraq played out, he doesn't present the counter argument as to why we shouldn't have with the basis of intelligence of what was given at that time..
