With PoD/RD, All you have to do is have Ike or someone tanky like Shinon stand in front of the enemy without a weapon and tank them for multiple turns, and just heal them with weak staves. VOILA, FREE EXP. Also note that Laguz have shitty exp gain and are massive sinks if you use them when transformed, but when they're in human form, they're high health, low damage, tanks that gain exp rapidly. Again, more levels for your staff users AND for the laguz. The Dawn Brigade does this very well since you can just have Micaiah sacrifice and have Laura heal her. Yes I gamed RD because goddamnit I want tier 3 20s across the board. even laguz. Except for meg because she fking sucks and dies in 1-2 hits even on easy the level she comes in like holy shi- I feel like atleast 1-2 Staff users are pretty mandatory tbh. They will almost never get hit by anything later in the game, and they do pretty respectable damage by themselves too also. Pegasus Knights are something I usually skip cause takes so much baby sitting to get them to the point where they own everything i dont even feel like investing the time lolol

SS Valks were outclassed completely by Bishops due to Slayer, that's it. The only thing they were good for was faster movement, not as a combat unit, and if you had to pick between one at endgame, it was always the Bishop due to Dracozombies. I might play through all of Blazing Sword using mostly mages and archers next time, that could be interesting and a challenge... As far as Peg Knights, Cordellia breaks the mold, she's so strong when you get her it's insane lol, easily the best peg knight I've had. I also stopped streaming dark souls, not focused enough to play that right now, so I'm playing League instead >.>
