Gank starts with me holding the tower while our roaming mid comes back to lane behind the enemy Ryze. I jump on Ryze, hit him with my passive slow + W. our Xerath misses his stun + W. I continue keeping him slowed with red buff while Xerath misses his Q. Ryze flashes away and i follow with my flash, Xerath gets his Q back and misses it, he has used exactly zero auto attacks the entire fight. Just as about Ryze kills me Xerath gets his W back up, he ofcourse misses it completely. I die, Ryze has something like 40HP left, Xerath just needs to auto him once and he gets the kill.

He misses another Q and ryze kills him too.

At least 6 missed skill shots in a row against a slowed opponent + 0 AA:s used when 1 would of gotten the kill. Top5% indeed.

Oh, and our Rumble went Liandry first with something like 0 armor from runes against Jayce, i got him a kill + 1 assist to start the game, but did not really help, when one EQ from Jayce took like 50% out of him, and he just insisted on staying there with HP:s flashing.

I recently started playing league again after a 6 month or so break.

First I'm playing against a Nidalee and wtf she transforms at level 1. I'm freaking because I think it is a bug but no one else seems to think much of it. Then a tiny teemo like character turns into a freaking dinosaur and I'm just like, this is a strange and scary new world.

Then my tryndamere teammate recklessly turret dives, ults way too early and gets kited then dies from a final turret shot as he spins away and I'm all like, THIS is the league that I know and love. Some things never change, welcome back petered.

I used to only have one rule for surrendering during ranked: I surrender when we've taken fewer towers than they've taken inhibitors.

Yesterday I broke that rule and FF'd @ 20 because I was the only person on my team without double-digit deaths. Our jungler + mid + ADC's CS combined was less than their mid's CS. Yikes.

Fucking Ashe to who I feed kills (well, assists, I kept getting the last hits) against some kind of trash tier cocky Ezreal then kept dying by having Zuna-level positioning against Blitzcrank and Veigar. Tried splitting by himself too, yeah sure, you do that as Ashe vs Kha'Zix.

Yasuo used one ult of the whole game, in lane. We have Riven and Lulu? Doesn't matter, that piece of shit never used his ult. Kept dying, had no farm, no contribution at all. We were literally playing a 4v5 with a 2k gold advantage to the other team because of his death. And I mean, really, literally. Piece of shit.

is riot actually banning afk's? because even in hexakill I had half my games with an afk. im trying to get the 3 win icon (2-3 so far) and 3 of those games had a dc. 3 of them in a row. this is getting ridiculous

I thought about this skill gap difference (for a same tier) and why it is in the game. Reached the following conclusion.
In SoloQ Matchmaking you can get opponents up to 4 divisions up and down, meaning that if you are silver 2 for example you can play people from silver 5 (sometimes even bronze 1) to gold 4 and 3. All of this in one game. League is a game played by millions, if we take out Master and Challenger levels, since, very few people are there, we are left with 5 tiers (bronze to diamond). So what do we have until now: Matchmaking system consisting of millions players spread roughly in 5 categories where the players for one game are picked within the range of something close to what 1 category consists of. So basically when the Queue starts you will be matched with 1/6 (max 1/7) out of hundred thousands (people in one server) players, of course the skill gap among so many people will be huge, especially in silver level where we have the most people. Riot matchmaking is designed to find games fast, not to match people with equal skill, I mean it is there, but its not the priority.
