Playing with terrible players definitely improves your mechanics though. My map awareness skills have been growing exponentially. Hilarious when you get ganked and ask why there was no mia and you get back "I thought they were just taking a break". | ||

The setting is in my second ranked game. First one didn't go too well. Picks and bans were fairly standard as I decided to go with good ol' Taric. 3 minutes into the game, my laning partner, Tryndamere, decides that he can withstand Cho and Kayle's harass and dives in. At half health. Giving first blood. No problem I say, just a fairly bumpy start. 10 minutes in I look at the score board. 0-3. Fiddlesticks has lost mid and top lane is doing hilarously bad. I proceed to have worries. Malzahar is getting hilarously fed while we have no AD carry. Just a Keenen who decided that a ranged carry meant Keenen. After Fiddlesticks was locked in. 20 minutes in, and we've lost both mid towers and one each from our side towers. Fiddlesticks got some fairly decent ganks in and it looked like we were going to turn things around, but it turns out that their Malzahar was just messing around and making it 4v5 for his team and actually gets in a fight. Yeah, that didn't go too well. Our Shen proceeds to continue diving into the enemy team with none of us around. Around this time I stopped trying. The game was over but they continued to play for another 10 minutes. God I dislike ranked. | ||

Me: You should level Volley first, the extra gold you get from leveling Hawkshot first is only a few hundred, and you'll do much better in both the lane and the mid game. Ashe: I respectfully disagree. *skirmish happens bottom, enemy champion barely gets away* Me: Right there, if you'd had Volley you'd have killed him and made 300g. Ashe: It doesn't matter. Me: o.O No amount of reasoning convinced this Ashe that Volley > Hawkshot. Best part: She only farmed ~110 CS in a 40 minute game. v.v | ||

Yeah, our cait was funny too. I'd tell her clearly to b cause i'm going to get a ward, and some gp10's + pots. 10 seconds later "an ally has been slain." She was also too bad to autoattack enemy champions so like 90% of the time i'd end up taking the kill after a 2 second delay of me waiting for her to just attack the guy once and saying fuck it.  | ||
