I have lost games for my team by feeding like a madman or getting out of position for the important Baron fight when the others on my team do not deserve the loss on account of me and please do not tell me that you never screwed over your team on account of stupidity before. And whenever I have raged at others for being bad (something I regret heavily), my teammates feel no obligation to want to help me win, in fact, half of the time, they are more satisfied with making sure I have an added loss rather than a win.
tl;dr Try to put things into perspective, it will not get rid of all the rage you get from playing a team game, but it will help clear your head.

im not going to deny that i didnt rage that game, but there is a difference between making mistakes, and getting camped and the asking for help and getting flamed in return when you die coz you and your ad are absolutely helpless, yes my attitude was toxic, but my jungler sold his items and bought ap items, (doesnt show coz he resold and bought when he knew i was going to report him), just to troll me, honestly that game was full of shit not only from my jungler but even from me, but does one game where i rage mean i ought to be banned.
look at the other games and then speak, and honestly I have been banned before for raging, and that has made me realize its a stupid thing to rage over this game, sometimes you just have terrible games, but really for one bad game,where i lost it, im banned for two weeks, and a VERY frustrating game at that. our jungler was intentionally trying to screw us.

You just made this up. Your jungler, Lee Sin, has items worth 10070g in his inventory. He made a total of 12159g. Considering he probably bought a few wards and pots, there is no way he could have resold his whole equipment twice during this game.
To compare, out of the same game:
Zyra: Items 12335, Gold 13851
Corki: Items 12040, Gold 13475
Udyr: Items 11450, Gold 12426
All have a gap of similar size between the worth of their items and the total money they gained. Considering you didn't mention anything of the likes in the chat in game, even though you felt compelled to criticize every move of your team, the conclusion is simple to make: You are lying.

i didnt just make this up and it has been a while since that game specifically, the way i remember it he just started buying ap and then sold it again and bought proper item, however your maths does not lie, and i might be mistaken. think of it what you may.

enough for a blasting wand or some other ap item.

sigh, im really not going to post after this since i have responded to others, simply put i had one really bad game and yes my attitude was absolutely bad, my question and reason of frustration is that i get such a long ban for acting like an absolute dick in one game, where ALSO my team mates did. and the other two games i dont understand.
so anyways. fine. i will accept the fact that behaving badly in one game means i deserve this.

Sounds like the Tribunal is working! I read the logs and all you do is complain and dis people who are trying to enjoy the game. If you want full cooperation and people to listen to you, then be nice and make a pre-made. Instead it looks like you just shout at people for not listening to your orders (Why would they listen to some stranger barking orders when they want to play a game?).

I have never raged ingame at my teammates to the severity that you did. The most rage I've ever done in-game has been at most just a few lines one time, not for 30 fucking minutes. I do all my raging at teammates in this thread.

Anyways, I am a bit more level headed right now, and you guys are right, although im still sad that its such a long ban, the only thing is I can hope to do now is use that as a reminder so i dont rage like this again. Ziken, I am actually behind you (assuming that what you said was "the truth") Language should not matter, what matters is the meaning of what is said, if someone cannot comprehend, this is a problem, doesn't matter if you are gentle to him/her or rude and if he undestands when you are gentle and does not undestand when you are rude, this person has issues and nothing you can do about it. Personally, I do not support the idea that if someone cannot control their own feelings and has low self-esteem someone elese should do it for him and spare the rude language if he feels like using it. The only thing that matter is what is said, how is said - can be considered low priortiy

The chat log WAS pretty bad.. but if he insists he doesn't get like this normally then there should be no reason to ban him for life or something extreme like that. EVERYONE has had at least one game where you are on tilt and another terrible game tips you over the edge. And if you haven't experienced a game like that, you either will in the near future, or you have the mind of a zenmaster.
That being said, just chill out bro. Just rage out in this thread instead of complaining about a ban after the fact you basically word-vomitted ingame.
