Yeah, I won't be surprised. The scheduling of the Season Finals is terrible. I know that they said that the 3-4(!!) weeks after the regional finals was to allow the players to fly there... but since it's online, I don't know why they didn't just move it earlier, because the start of GSL

Maru played very well. Like I said before, I really dont understand why not every terran plays mines against Serral. Of course pure mines dont cut it, since Serral is really good, but in top tier he makes too many mistakes against mines. And its really sad to watch because otherwise his play is very on point, but he hasnt gotten any better with mines in like a year and a half now. He should really take lessons from Raynor.

In addition, why do I feel, that every time Serral gets hit by mines, its always like 10-15 banelings lost? Where if any other zerg takes those same hits, its more like random results ?

Well, thats really dependent on the day of the play really. But in general, Serral is really unstoppable at times and so is Clem. Of course the likes of Raynor, Dark, Rogue, Maru can challenge them any day, but thats all. And usually, if we dont count Clem, Serral has been unstoppable by terrans. Today Maru played very well (and used mines) and deserved the win. Its by no means a big upset, but bit surprising of course.
