I'm more interested in some mech on that map. You can secure 4 bases quite easily if the zerg is passive enough, SH aren't that big of a threat thanks to the air distance to the main... i don't see bio doing that much(especially x-server), but mech may be more viable.

It's not that easy to get to 4 bases because of the acceleration zones. Let alone to go past 4 bases if you can't deny the Zerg from taking more of the map themselves. And it's not all that bad a map for SH in the end either. If I were a Terran pro I'd veto Jagannatha every time I can tbh.

The bases are so spread apart though right? Going past 4 base would be very difficult with mech compared to any more mobile comp
lol, shitting on the Korean zergs While they won every WC title since Rogue the PatchZerg except 1... Also forgetting Rogue when he won ... ah, screw it.
I really dislike when casters are looking at all time stats for saying a players mu is his worst, i'd say trap has the best pvz of all toss rn and his form over the last 34 games on aligulac shows a 76% winrate (so his best mu recently is his pvz).

That's a good call. I still think it'll be impossible to push across the map once it's creeped, but outlasting the Zerg could work, maybe with nukes and whatnot to prevent static d pushing. I'd have to look more closely at the bases to see how easy/difficult it would be to turtle them. You probably need to completely mine six of them and deny the seventh.

Bio didn't help much though Like I'm not saying it's super viable, just saying I wanna see that on a higher level, maybe it is more viable. Don't know, can't tell, my Terran is pathetic.

Hey everyone already forgot about Dark winning GSL+Super tourn+Blizzcon last year

I mean, playing a map that big against zerg will never work well.
Mech seems to dramatically fall of at the highest level. The top zergs are just too good with spellcasters. It says something that these guys still choose bio when playing KR > EU

Yeah these 2 clearly don't follow Korean starcraft much except from casting here and there. And combining it with mimicking the esl caster foreigner hype and bias it's just meh... I would expect doing your research before casting (which takes maybe 10-15 minutes) should be automatic at this level

People were saying mech against toss was not viable until Maru almost won with meme builds. Maybe somebody will find a way. *Stares angirly at GuMiho who's inventing pushes for the Korean army*

Infestors own thors or BCs, Vipers own tanks or liberators. LBH kills the rest. I think mech with ghosts could in theory compete, but it never seems to work in practice.

People still say that, you wouldn't call them meme builds otherwise

'Maru' and 'almost' are the big things here. Even he could make it work more than once

But now Protoss has to build some tempests At the time it was handled as the meme builds though.
Also - how can top protoss miss a FF on a ramp, we need 6 pools.
