Not in this case. If he attacks and loses the battle, he still has so much more resources to rebuild and attack again and 100 percent win. If he waits and gets attacked and loses he will have much less time to rebuild and is in danger of losing the game with 10k resources in his bank. Like he almost just did  | ||
