we use a logos.mod file that allows you to pick skins for the players , the players themselves see no skins at all.

Glad this isn't just only on youtube btw, latest Hearthstone tournament was only on youtube and they said Blizzard tournaments this year will only be on youtube. Seems this one being organized from ESL prevents that.
