This doesn't make any sense. Neeb destroyed TY and sOs defeated himself (not tanking anything away from Serral!). Lambo experienced the worst beatdown of all of them. TY did not look worse than the Lambo.

Yeah, for the amount of downtime and the amount of people they bring in to talk about these games you'd think they could have a bit more to say. Planned segments if that's what it takes. Anything, really.

Planned segments if that's what it takes. Anything, really. They should do pre planned replay analysis like if Maru has to play a terran next have the pannel load up a particular game of TY-Maru gsl final and talk a bit about that. It would be a lot more interesting then only talking about the player and at least I feel like it should not be that complex. It would also be a time to have in dept analysis of sc2 game that you can't always do while your casting, like the in dept thought process behind certain builds or in game decision, for exemple what was the proxy marauder-cyclone trying to catch punish and what could have been the best reaction. It's always a missed opportunity to have some of the greatest mind in Starcraft 2 at an event and not gave them time to explain what most of us can't see.

I mean, they were really one sided, they were all over super quickly before it even got to the mid game most of the time and more than that, they were just boring to watch really. Is it because there's no comeback mechanics? Do units die too fast? Something's going on... It was just luck plus a lot of matches having one player heavily favoured.

What the hell. I am a bit out of touch from SC2 but I always tune in to Blizzcon and these games are just boring. Seeing proxy rax being completely normal opener is bad for the game. I miss the TvP mexican stand offs, big armies looking at each other and the the big fight. At least a non Korean is actually the favourite to win. I hope this is the turning point where they open up WCS. A bit late but better late than ever.

Late to the party here, but if you identify the all-in early enough you can set up shield batteries, cannons and sentries while chronoing void rays. I've seen Zest hold this sort of all in with the same build before. Just didn't see it coming at all this game.

If you don't do that you get abused easily like heromarine against Zest tho, so it'll be like that for the rest of BlizzCon probably. TY vs Neeb rematch will be funny, I wonder what TY will have in store this time.

Px+Chragelot (which means delayed immortals) is one of the weakest unit combos when it comes to holding an allin, but it s definitely still doable.

The studio atmosphere is really dull, 8? friends gathered to talk about starcraft just like the 8 years before. (Whats do you think about player x, oh i think he has some kind of chance to win this am i right Y, goes to next caster.) Remember the weather man from earlier starcraft events, talking about a map specific thing we should look for on a big screen (example: where does maru place his hidden buildings usually) I wanted to rant about the same thing. It's disappointing that there is no in depth talk about strategy. For fucks sake, even tennis has more strategy analysis.
