INnoVation is on pure ghost/marauder and yet Losira is still building ultras... I feel like if you get to that point you might be better off with pure ling/bane.

What did he do ?
Also finally 3-1, with again a lot of ghost in late game
He spent 10 minutes nuking Solar while he had a crushing advantage on Eastwatch. Not sure if I'd call that BM though. Why win game 2 when you can win game 2 AND tilt your opponent.

Totally agree.
Also maybe he had a bad day and wanted to publically nuke someone to death to feel better.

He did open with a proxy all three games admittedly, but game three looked pretty solid nonetheless (Game 1: Stalker pressure with a proxied gateway. Game 2: The good old Void ray/Shield Battery build on Catalyst. Game 3: Proxy oracles not doing much into winning a macro game).

I had a lot of fun with the cast this week (6), especially doing a 30-minute radio broadcast for game 1. Really fun games and a great win by + Show Spoiler +

As always if you have any feedback on the broadcast let me know here or on Twitter!
Just an update, for the playoffs we will be moving the start time up two hours to accommodate our east coast viewers. It's too late to re-schedule weeks 7+8 but we want to make sure we have you covered for the playoffs!
First non-Stargate PvZ (that doesn't involve all-inning off a ton of gates) I've seen in a long long time.
edit: Not at all a fan of the proxy void ray variation herO went for, and the game perfectly illustrates why. Taking the opponent's gold on Neon Violet is so much better than taking your own with this build imo. It makes defending against drops so much easier--herO would have left the stalkers in the main and would have been fine against the drop without needing the recall. And it makes a tempest follow up so much easier.
Impressive play from Trap. He's incredible at PvZ when the zerg player plays straightforward games. I can't see him winning though. Eastwatch is Eastwatch at the end of the day.
Rogue still playing pure Ling/Bane/Hydra like 30 minutes into the game, no shit that doesn't work. Trap even horribly misread that game and still won because that shit doesn't work.
The Playoffs will follow the same format as Season 1: Double-elimination-bracket: The 2 players with the highest points are able to select their first round opponent while the other 2 matches are randomized. All matches are Bo3. Winners' and Losers' Finals are Bo5. Grand Finals are Bo7 with a map advantage for the player coming from the Winners' Bracket.
