pylon overcharge requires much more skill in pylon positioning etc. It also offers more counterplay because you can actually kill pylons, they have less range and a lower cooldown

I never liked incontrol as a caster that much. He's can be funny as hell and a great addition to any event, but other casters seem to add more from an analytical perspective, and seem to keep up with the metas a bit more
