You guys had a very nice string on HOTS no ?
Just to reiterate there are good arguments to be made for MVP being the GOAT, but having a harder meta is not one.

Terrans are the most skilled players according to popular opinion. This means MVP had the harder meta! POW!

If you argue about Mvp can you at least capitalize it properly people d:

Just wait a bit, now that Zest is back on track he's going to be the one and true GOAT.

You guys make it sound like just cause it was GomTvT that Mvp was supposed to auto-win against his fellow Terrans. He played TOP, MKP, and MMA in 5 different finals. The only weak one was TOP and even then TOP had already proven himself to be a top tier TvT player before he got smashed by TvT.
I've read your arguments but none of you have made a compelling argument. All you've done is yell revisionist history.

Funny thing is that people tend to praise players that won during terran dominance but when it is zerg or protoss they are called patchzerg´s/protoss. When your race is dominant what matters the most is your mirror matchup.

Why do some people consider Zest's run at KeSPA Cup (or anyone's run in any tournament during an era when his race was dominating) as less valuable then? The Protosses he beat were no scrubs either.

One of your arguments was that Life had an easier Meta than Mvp which is just objectively wrong and shows "some" bias, maybe if Mvp had played and done well during the 8 or so months of Protoss faceroll in HOTS but no, almost all of his success comes from gomTvT.....
Your other points are sort of meh, such as who "innovated" more just completely subjective, I can't even begin to quantify this, maybe if they played the same race, even just counting premier's doesn't seem that fair to me, the level of talent on the game is so much higher, it's not that players just got better, it's that we had a huge influx of highly talented players (kespa switch), so it's much harder to win things, even foreign tournaments have much much more raw talent, they're not fielded by BITBYBIT with another 2 koreans and a bunch of foreigners, you can't equate a 2015 GSL with a 2011 GSL and think that's a 100% fair comparison, if you're willing to make this leap that this is a 100% comparison sure go ahead and say Mvp is the best.

I hope you face your lose streak Life and suffer Life hasn't exactly had an easy time either. Winning every series he wins on the ace match and he's looked quite vulnerable to similarly leveled players as of recent :o
