Hey Pande, you've got a mistake in the result section of your OP
Was it just Maru vs Soulkey game 3 or were there more? Should be fixed now

I wish Mech tvp was possible tho. Saying that is kinda unfair for all the other terrans players tho No, we have like 8 terrans that are good enough for this difficulty. Innovation, Bbyong, TY, Flash, SuperNova ? Appart from Innovation, I don't see any of them reaching ro16 code S tbh. TaeJa, Bomber, Polt. I am talking worldwide. No way Bomber and Polt are on Code S level. What is Code S level? We have people we consider bad in the Code S ro32 too. Doesn't mean shit. The only thing that matters is BlizzCon in the end. 5-6 terrans will be able to make it. Edit: in addition, i added MMA and jjakji to the list. The way the standings are now not one T playing in KR will make it. WCS KR system is a complete mess with it being this easy to farm points for mediocre players.

Compared to how many Zerg and Protoss ? There are more Zerg and Protoss players worldwide than there are Terrans. It makes sense that there are more good Protoss/Zergs than there are Terrans if more people play them. From the stats listed here it seems to pretty even. Then in the higher leagues (GM, Masters) Protoss and Zerg outnumber Terrans a lot, but surely these players are just naturally better at the game?

Level fluctuates too much in starcraft. I remember seeing paralyze play few months ago and he was really bad. Now he's a solid protoss who overachieved during this season. He doesn't look better than guys like Taeja, Flash or MMA to me.

It might've been because it was too hard, but a lot of them got sponsors etc from EU or AM. It was probably a decision to get to as many events as possible, to not miss BlizzCon. for someone who plays dota 18 hrs a day you sure know a lot about sc2

Maybe when the game will be "perfectly" balanced, we will see big dominance. But BW was way more mechanically based than sc2. In SC2 you can be on the top without being a macro god. Look at sOs or Polt for instance, both of them aren't really spectacular in micro and macro. I doubt they would have ever performed in BW.
