Sure you can blame Blizz for not fixing it as soon as they maybe could, but with having HS still in the beta, they give you no guarantee, that everything works. I prefer a stretched buggy beta with a game, that is mostly fixed, when it finally gets released over a rushed out product, whiches bugs stay in the game forever (Shoutout to the FIFA-series at this point, who manage to introduce new bugs, but very rarely new gameplay every year). I am confident, that things will be pushed forward by Blizz after the RoS release. Are HS players customers or testers? Oh, i guess if you just put a "beta tag" on a released product it gives you a free pass and treat customers as testers.

Agreed, at this point the beta tag is just there for Blizzard's convenience. The game is available to everybody who wants to play, customers can spend money -> this is certainly not a beta in the original sense anymore.

He is right after all. The development status is declared by the producer. Yours or any other persons opinion on how finished or how long that beta is released doesn't change any of that. Path of Exile is in beta for several years - is that now a finished product? Nah its not. There is not an excuse not fixing an existing bug if its easy to do, but how do you know its easy or maybe there are higher priorities for Blizzard than fixing some bugs in a beta? And if you want to argue about the term player and/or tester. You can be both. Playing the beta makes you a tester as well as a player.

It's also f2play and you may just NOT spend money on it.
