I liked this tournament. It was really nostalgic, with MMA looking dominant again, and DRG coming up clutch in the playoffs. It's like 2011 all over again.

The offline part was great, but overall the tournament was "okay". The season was way too long, really drawn out. Also, if there will be a second season, please change some of the rules. The revive rule needs to go completely, even for ace matches. And no "jokers". Every team that wants to participate should be able to field 5 players.

I really liked the finals of ATC, both the players and the event itself. Very happy for MVP (and especially the way they won...go DRG!)
Like Tinkerbelle, I leave behind a sparkly residue.

Really? I liked the revive rule considering what we had for this tournament. It helps out teams that lack good depth, which applies to pretty much every team here except MVP. Few match or exceed them in that regard, so the revive rule at least gives the rest a fighting chance.

Yeah, the revive must stay, the special revive which can be used twice a season allowing a team to send a player three times during a match must be eliminated though.

It is not really common in leagues using the all-kill format.
At least GSTL doesn't use it and PL didn't in their all-kill rounds.

For example Taeja playing - and winning - three games in a row against Yugioh did feel a bit silly for an all-kill team fight.

yeah, I thought PL used it even for the all-kill round but they didn't
I think an ace is good but I don't like the special revive

about all-kill or proleague format, I think they both have pro & cons, so with a long season like ATC, they could use one for first half and the other for 2nd half. and for the finals, something like first 4 maps in proleague format then finish with all kill format

They could a Best of 3:

-Set 1 SPL format
-Set 2 GSTL format
-(if necessary) Set 3 an ace match

that would be ok for a bo7 match but atc use bo9 (which is good, I always felt that bo7 was too short for clan war)
using two bo5 set would be too long tho

Well that was pretty cool.
MVP won as expected,Millenium and Acer did a great performance, hats down to MMA.
Harstem confirmed for bro of the year,of all years #yearofharstem.

If there's a season 2 (i hope so much ! ) it would be cool if like half of the season was all kill format and the other half classical proleague format (with rule like SC2L,one player can play 2 times but not as an ace ).
RIP MKP

Wow looking at overall results I'd have to say I'm most impressed by Nerchio -- MMA had his streaks yeah, but Nerchio beat some legit badass players (Super, Keen, duckduckgoose, etc.)

How is MMA looking btw? Korean Code-A level at least or no?

I liked the overall league, the only thing I would like to change is updating the map pool as the months tick by.

I mean they were playing games on Daybreak and Cloud Kingdom for chrissake, they need to update the pool when stuff like this happens. All the games played on "old" maps were pretty lackluster. It wouldn't hurt, from a spectator's perspective, if these situations were remedied quickly instead of next season.

TL didn't do so well with HerO and Ret the only players winning games. I wonder what happened.

great offline event like always. i wish Take could find a regular and reliable english caster for the next season in the group phase, though i guess it's hard with the many different starting times and time zones

First international teamleague with offline finals and it was great. I hope to see something like that again soon.

Teamleagues are fun.

Really enjoyed the teamleague. Scarlett had a great run too bad she couldn't continue it further.
