I'm pretty sure it has but regardless, all I'm saying is that it's not a national thing one way or another, I have no clue what rules they are using for this tournament. I stopped trying to look up tournament rules a long time ago since most organizers does a piss poor job at making them public (or at least last time I checked). I do agree though that the other way is preferred. | ||
