well normaly double gate opening counters any gate pressure, he got unlucky there losing the msc 1 energy before the photon overcharge, not unlucky more just a huge mistake otherwise it's an easy hold
Not necessarily. Avenge made that pylon too early. That means Yonghwa knew what was up way before Avenge could actually warp in. Imagine what would happen if Avenge waits a few seconds longer, then makes that in base pylon. His first warpin would've killed Yonghwa.
Photon overcharge may have been ready by then but even so Avenge had better production, he could've just waited outside of range and then attacked with more units.
3/5 stalker openings rely on killing the probe before it puts down pylons which Yonghwa didn't. The pylon just went up too early and WG wasn't ready so Yonghwa had time to snipe the important one.
