Project Gracken
• EG spends a large sum of money to send Idra to SKT, to undergo Project Gracken a.k.a 'Rebuilding the Grack'.
• Project Gracken is leaded by Boxer and Oov (who rejoins SKT after his time in the army), which consists of brainwashing Idra with fighting spirit.
• Unfortunately after the brainwashing is completed, EG runs out of money for Idra's stay in SKT, so he's sent back to coach Park.
• Idra goes through harsh training under coach Park's command, with the new implemented resolve, the Gracken rebuilding is then complete, just in time for the rest of Proelague.
One can only dream?
You're definitely dreaming. Can you imagine someone with his personality "allowing" Park to coach him?

idra would quit on the first day when parting cheeses him in a practice game.

EG ain't flushing anymore money down that hole. You'll be lucky if EG bothers to send him to anything outside of MLG's in the US. They could send Jaedong or Stephano and not only get eyeballs but actual results.
You realise "results" don't mean squat unless they're top placings at a big tournament, right?
EG doesn't care if its players win $1,000 each by placing top 16 at an event. I expect they take a cut, but that doesn't matter. The money comes from the sponsors who want to see their brand getting as much screen time as possible.
So when Idra plays and viewer numbers shoot up, there is more exposure for the brand. Which is where the real money lies.

I wonder why they didn't send Idra to dreamhack, if him playing in tournaments does so well for EG's sponsors they must be quite upset he hasn't played in anything until this WCS match.

If Idra gets paired with Demuslim in challenger league, that would be hilarious

Also, ffs I hate his nick so much. I to this day think of it as Bowser with a G. Just change it already :p His name actually means Gosuuser. He replaced the double U's with a W. Hence Goswser. Pretty clever :D I am aware of this, I just think it's a terrible nick

Answer is Idra lol
ooh, I was surprised to see Revival lose to Goswser but figured Polt would dominate so happy that Polt and Revival moved on

Quick question, why the hell does GSL and WCS EU all take around 4 hours to finish their brackets while WCS AM usually finishes within 2?
It's really bugging me because I get on my computer about 2 hours after the event starts and they are usually already on the final game/match.

They moved the start time back 2 hours earlier this week.

It's funny how so many people hyped Idra up, and then he doesn't deliver. Hopefully the "bad-mouthing-money-machine" model will fade off now.
GJ Polt and Revival!

Hm, did anyone seriously expect Idra to stand a chance? I understand that some people want it, but realistically he is one of the weakest NA players out there.

I felt asleep therefore missing the games, but I wake up to see that Idra did drop at least a gg. Feel free to sent me your life savings :p

Idra's GG timing in the daybreak game was an embarrassment to himself and his team. I've been an Idra fan in the past, but the only question in my mind right now is why does he bother sticking around anymore. If you don't want to be here, then move on with your life dood.

Happy to see polt advance and Idra being knocked out. Not that I doubted of him getting eliminated, but 0-4 seems right for someone with his attitude.

And i've been wondering what IdrA is doing these days, as i'm not watching his stream and he's basically participating in no tournaments except this one. Here he wins no map, that makes me think he's gone.
